I have been a regular customer at Carlton for the 16 years I have lived in NY. This morning when I went in with 2 separate $ 20 Winning Scratch-​offs. The clerk ripped a card and gave me $ 20. I told him I handed him 2 different tickets, he swore I only gave him 1.
I had both tickets in my hand, I handed them to him. He could have mistakenly ripped both tickets? I hope it was an honest mistake. I however am still out 20 bucks.

I came in here yesterday looking for a birthday card for my cousin. I rarely send him a card and decided to do so this year. I happen to find an appropriate one and went to pay for it. After my purchase was rang up and bagged, I had to ask for a receipt. But I was given one upon request.
