BLUF: This review speaks only to the pearl tea since we did not try the crepes. Good tea but terrible pearls. They were far too under cooked and rock hard. On the way back to our hotel, the Carlton Autograph, we found this spot on the corner of 5th and 28th. I ordered the green milk tea with pearls and was relatively disappointed with what I received. The tea was really good. It was more of a tea than a sugar filled drink like most milk teas in the city these days but the pearls were abhorrent. They were rock solid and nearly impossible to chew. Won’t be returning for the milk tea due to the poor boba.

Bubble Tea and Crepes is such a random but incredible idea of a combination. The menu is a little limited but has all the standard basics. The crepes are made fresh right in front of you. I got strawberries and nutella. The ratio was well balanced and I really enjoyed it. The bubble tea is delicious and they definitely don’t skimp on the bubbles. *Side note — there is a $ 5 minimum to use a credit card

I was so excited to find this place so close to my hotel. Bubble tea and crepes are two of my very favorite things. The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bubble tea was not so great, nor was the crêpe. :(

Came in for a banana, strawberry and Nutella :) best crêpe along 5th avenue. Not too pricey like the place where I live downtown. Little that I know they also serve lavazza coffee ummm couldn’t ask for more. The staff is very friendly and fun. Little tip: stay in the front while your order is getting ready if it’s busy and they call you and not find you your order might get cold. I will keep going there after my personal training session haha!

This place used to be «Comebuy» bubble tea and now it’s under new ownership. I live nearby and used to visit Comebuy often to catch up on emails over a bubble tea. «Bubble tea and crepes» doesn’t have a rewards program yet for frequent customers, but hopefully soon. The bubble tea menu appears to be just about the same but with a few new variations. The bubbles were not super soft last time I went. I got a Nutella and strawberry crêpe(they were very generous on the Nutella)

Honestly, there’s not much to say about Bubble Tea & Crepes: — If you want a latte, make sure to ask for it extra hot. Otherwise you’ll get it cold. — Savory Crêpe with TBM(Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella,) wasn’t the best crêpe I’ve ever had! — Not a place I would return to even if i was starving. Enough said. Two solid Unilocal

A fresh and simple restaurant with a variety of bubble teas and crepes. They have high top stools and tables. I had the milk bubble tea which was sweet and tasty. I ordered the dulce de leche crêpe which was delicious but it did not have enough of it on the crêpe. I could have had more. Overall, a great shop to have a snack on the go or to stay in.

A very simple place with a simple name. They have just enough to satisfy a craving without being too innovative or pretentious. It’s nice and warm in here too and you can watch randos walk by the windows. The crepes are also very basic. A bit of Nutella goes a long way apparently. My main attraction was that I could make myself a coffee bubble tea here. The bubbles however are not that satisfying and I found myself sad for waiting for so long for this drink. It was busy(five customers) and the girl making the drink forgot about me. Oh well at least there’s coffee in my system. They also have a selection of French macarons from Macaron Café.
