I am obsessed with great customer service. This small boutique in Noho creates such a fantastic experience for me, I couldn’t imagine shopping anywhere else.
The boutique is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly respectful, helpful and also goes the extra mile to make sure that you find exactly the right fit you are looking for. I’ve been going here for about two years. first to buy Chantelle lingerie (ps– they have sales!!) and now I’ve explored their other brands.
Their own Japanese brand that the store is named after is actually a revolutionary product that actually reshapes the breast tissue — sort of like what a training bra should be if it was training your breast to go in a certain direction. This may sound odd, but it actually works. Well, that and the gym– which actually some of the women working there are professional trainers so you’ve got that advice as well.
The entire shop is made for someone who enjoys quality lingerie, and wants to spend a moment picking out the best fit and style. If you want to pick up something off the rack, go to VS; here is a completely personalized experience.
That said– zero pressure to buy. In fact, I’ve been told what I don’t need at the end of my experience (as in «ok, you have this one already, if you have to make a choice, I’d let this one go») which is really helpful.

This place has revolutionized my way of wearing bras.
I wanted some new lingerie and I’ve always gotten different assessments on sizing at various lingerie chains. Always followed their recommendations to later realize that I was never fully satisfied.
The lady that helped me with my fitting was super professional, polite, and respectful. I thought I would feel more uncomfortable in this very intimate setting, but she made me feel so comfortable and gave me great recommendations on the best fit based on the type of bra that I was looking for.
Totally worth a trip for every lady — I didn’t even know what I was missing out on until I went!

I randomly came across this shop and so happy that I did. Megumi helped me with finding out my correct size and showed me some styles. She was patient with me and very friendly. The bras are lovely and comfortable. I also believe the prices are very resonable for the product. I defiantly recommend this place and will be coming back :).

I started to come to the store and wear bradelis half year ago. The overall experience is satisfying. I have been helped by Jennifer, Megumi and Satoko. Jennifer and Megumi are both great, and the only problem is with Satoko. For the first time I bought the bra, Satoko taught me how to wear but the whole process was pushy. Then the second time I came for regular check and was helped by Megumi. She was so professional that she helped me practice wearing it over and over again, and I realized that Satoko missed many details. After that I also got helped by Jennifer, who is also professional, very patient, and has been giving valuable advice. The problem with Satoko happened again last week when I came for another regular check. She recommended me to move on to step 2, brought me some styles and saw me on all the cuts they have. When I asked her which one I should pick up, she answered «all of them look good». I came out of the fitting room and asked her again for advice, and she still gave no advice. Megumi was also there, but to not make Satoko embarrassed, I did not ask Megumi for help and stepped out of the store. After one week I called the store and confirmed that only Megumi was there, and visited again. Megumi also brought me all the step 2 cuts and saw me on them. Each time she checked the fitting, she helped me very patiently to wear it in a correct way, and gave advice on how well it fitted. After the fitting, she recommended me on which one to pick, and gave the reasons. Although I don’t like to come to the store twice for the same purpose, I feel that it is worthy to come again to get the bra that really fits well. I shared my experience with my friend, and she said she also felt that Megumi is helpful.
Above all, good place to go, but if you really wanna get helped, go to Megumi or Jennifer.
An update: Jennifer called me the next day after I got helped me by Megumi. She checked what cuts I got and if I am doing well because she has been helping me and wanna make sure everything is going on well. So sweet!

Ive been shopping at Bradelis for almost 12 years ñow. I love the new store in Soho. Professional, sweet, happy– this describes the salesgirls. The manager Shiho is absolutely wonderful. I always get fitted right and I am not easy to fit. I wear between a G75 and F75 when I consistently work out. The girls are always nice to me in the store, and I never feel uncomfortable. I hace also ordered from
and I receive my bras consistently. Let’s just say my husband is very happy with the push up effect after all these years.

Ridiculous staff! I walked in the store and walked toward the cashier, she ask me if I am here for checkup. I said sure, she then said it will take about 30minutes because there are 4 more people waiting in front of me. This is perfectly fine, but I do not have 30mins since my meter will be up soon. So I figure to choose my own design since I know my own size, this way I can save time. I chose the one I want and the color so I ask the staff to just help me get that one and told them the size I want so I can just pay. The staff told me hold on, you will need assistance for that. Wth, I didn’t know you need another special person just to get that bra which is inside the shelf. I waited and waited and they just kept standing around to the point I just left the store. 20 mins waste of my time. I used to be a big fan of this store, now I will make sure to not go back ever again and won’t recommend anyone. The products inside are not cheap and with this type of customer service, you got to be kidding me!

Love the bras here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the bras are very expensive.

Super professional and not at all pushy. The sales associates are efficient, polite and helpful, making the shopping experience seamless. I tried on two bras and bought the less expensive more practical one that I actually needed, while my friend tried on a very pretty bra that wasn’t within her price range. The entire time, neither of us felt pressured AT ALL, and the sales associate even helped my friend adjust for optimal cleavage.
Great experience, and I’ll surely be back.

If you are going bra shopping here, you need to be okay with the associate getting a bit handsy (she’ll ask and its better if you let her). There are a few options here for those with smaller busts but this is only good if you like having some padding in your bra and a lot of structure. The padding is removable but all of these bras are meant to give you A LOT of cleavage, which is unexpected if you are small busted like me.

Five star for the sales service and products!
The sales here are very nice. The first time I came here was the time they about to close. But they still do the measure for me. The bras here really works for lifting. It worths the money.
The cons are the size is limited and the sales’ english needs to be improved.
Overall it’s a good experience.

I found this place online and decided to come in for a custom fitting as I knew I was wearing the wrong size.
I was a little nervous, but Megumi was very professional and friendly, and I felt surprisingly comfortable throughout the entire experience. The bras aren’t cheap, but I cannot stress how different (better) my clothes look with properly fitting underwear.

The bras here are a bit pricey, but the customer service is amazing! Definitely come if you want to invest in some high quality bras.

I came here yesterday after years of wearing poor fitting bras because of my very narrow frame. I could never find a band size that was less than a 32. The regular 32 band sizes would always ride up my back and fall between my shoulder blades. I later learned from the fit specialist at bradelis that that is a incorrect position for a supportive bra. Because I had been wearing the wrong size for several years my breasts became spaced further apart then they should have been. The specialist helped me fit into my true size of 30 °F from my sad 32B Target bra. She instructed me on how to properly place my breasts into the bra and suggested which bras I should wear to start training my breasts back into their correct position. She was very kind and very supportive throughout the entire fitting. I’m definitely going to buy a couple of their step 1 bras and make an appointment to have myself fitted into a Step 2 bra after my training is over.

I was visiting NYC to see my sister, so I had no idea where I could go to get a new bra in the massive city! With the help of Unilocal I was able to find this adorable and sexy shop in SOHO. I was only looking for an everyday bra, so at first the sexy lingerie in the window made me nervous to go in, thinking it would only have the over the top Honeymoon styles. However, Jenny Matayoshi (Fit Stylist) immediately came to the rescue! She was incredibly sweet and made sure everything was perfect, while giving me tips and tricks for a better fit! Great store! Great Service! Ask for Jenny Matayoshi!

To sum it up… this place is boobie magic.
I’ve been shopping at this store and the midtown one for two years, and I’m completely converted.
This location is always immaculately clean, the ladies are always really friendly and helpful. What I appreciate most of all is they’re not pushy if you don’t feel like buying anything that day.
If you’re in need for some every day bras that make you look like a million bucks, invest the time and stop by this store.

Bras are amazing!!! When I finished my step1, I really went A to B! I dont do massage or anything else, just wear their bra every day!
What’s more, the bra for this brand is comfortable and make you look better everyday!
I am in my step 2 now and I can’t leave with it. It is so comfortable, beautiful and useful=)
