My daughter just loved her Birthday party here. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the host were great they even gave me both party favors being that only half the party showed up which was very upsetting but they made everything come out great! !

My heart sinks every time we get an invitation to a birthday party at Bounce U: today was the fifth time we’ve reluctantly gone there. Bounce U is to a birthday party what factory farming is to free range food. Somebody put together a checklist of what kids want at a birthday party and set out to meet the barest minimum as cheaply as possible. The location is awful, count on two taxi fares (four if you want to drop your kid off) or terrible parking, and no reasonable public transport options. Parties all start 15 minutes late, and the kids wait in a room full of vending machines with overpriced candy. Staff with minimal training and no childcare skills corral everyone from room to room. They played a safety video at the start (no staff members had the skills to actually speak to the kids and keep their attention), but they turned off the video half-​way through when it was clear the kids weren’t paying attention. The inflatable slides and play items are fun for the kids, it is true. At the end, the food room has bland pizza and generic sheet cake, with again no real organisational help from the staff who can’t even lead the singing of a round of «Happy Birthday». The birthday boy’s mom complained today that the cake was far too small for the number of people, and they reluctantly brought out a second one that was frozen solid. The party favor is an inflatable giant hammer (the same every time) so expect plenty of hitting-​over-​the-​head activity to end the event, which is very abrupt as you are shunted out the door so the next party can move in. Really the most loathsome kids’ birthday experience I can imagine.

My kids are 2 and 4 and they had a blast. Ty for the great time.

It wasn’t one of my favorite places that we’ve thrown a bday party. The time was too short, the whole place is run by kids, including the manager. It gets 2 stars because my sons had a ball, but most other places you can play after your party is over. Not here. They move you from room to room every 35 mins and someone took my son’s gifts in the changing rooms process. We ultimately felt it wasn’t worth all the money we paid.

We had our five year old’s birthday party here and it was awesome. One of the parents told me they were impressed by how organized everything was. We chose the cosmic package which was pretty cool. A good amount of time for kids to play and then eat pizza and cake in separate party room. It’s pricey but if you can afford it, worth it. They take care of everything. We just showed up.

Good place for kids to release all the energy after a long day staying at home on a rainy day. Deffenatqy recommend it. Been here over 50 times. The reason for 3 starts rather then 5 is for some reason today half of the kids are barefooted which is very very unsanitary, nobody seems to tell the parent anything even thou they specifically tell you «no sox no bounce «i guess the rule applies only to some people. I dont think well be back here again.

I went here for a birthday and came early ! We had too wait 20 minutes for the party to start, I don’t like how they tell us 35 minutes in one room and 35 minutes in the other, then cake and pizza in another room, first off all the pizza they had was, small for the kids and when they gave the kids cake it was like one bite and they didn’t ask if we wanted more ! After eating the kids had more time and wanted to play in the bounce rooms but NO because there time was up said the staff to a parent so the kids played the games in the front for the next 10 mins, and the kids went home happy but not all the parents

Just awful– The manager Mike is rude and does not know what customer service means. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to come with children and play with them. It’s very crowded on the weekends due to the fact that kids are off from school. They let parents join in the fun for free as long as the participating child is paid for. Year round bouncy house. Prices are reasonable. You are allowed to leave your kid here and leave because a male and female staff will care for your child for you. The place is fairly clean as they have a policy for no food allowed. The staff members are respectful and kind to the children. I never had a party here before but I brought my baby cousin here. She told me she had a lot of fun and would like to come here again. I trust her opinion. it’s very close to my house. They’ve been here for a while but I never went until now with my baby cousin. I think they deserve a better rating!

They are not clear about company policy when you book your party beware. They tell you they will «confirm party details week of party» but if you need to lower your package you need to give them 3 weeks notice. They don’t tell you that part so ALWAYS ALWAYS book a lower party package because you can add-​in not take off. They don’t tell you that when you book your party. Beware.

I have been here many times, open bounce and birthday parties!!! this past December I had my first party I hosted there the front desk staff was exceptional and the person who booked my party was amazing her name Was Katelyn, my party pros went abive and beyond… the room where the cake and pizza is served is spotless and everything was delicious. my sandwiches were from lionis and everyone knows they are great. Definitely recommend pants and long sleeves but overall can’t wait to have another party thrre

We just had a snow storm here in NYC yesterday night, about 10 inches of snow was dumped in the area and due to the conditions, kids were out from school today. I received an email, around the time I woke up, from Bounce U saying that they were opened, and you know what, that email sold me. Haha.
How convenient that I live only half a block away? Pefect resort to bring my kids especially on a day like this where I should be staying home, not. I walked in for the 12’o clock open bounce, and since it was so hard to travel with all that snow out there, we were with a very very small group, about 4 other kids.
The hour wss split between 2 rooms, quite large but wasn’t enough bounce. Just about 3 – 4 inflatables and thats about it, but whatever, Kaylen looooves to bounce and thats what mattered.
Remember to bring socks and have the kids wear comfy clothes to bounce in– sweats, leggings, or yoga pants.

Very fun place for the kids to enjoy! But the young women they have working there need a lesson in customer service. They have zero manners. Especially on the phone. Smh.

Bounce U is OK — you come, you bounce, you leave. My review is geared more toward selecting the right type of bounce, of which I was not aware. We just wanted to take the kids to a fun place on a rainy day and Bounce U was open. We had not realized we were going for the «cosmic» bounce — where the lights are turned off and the space is only eluminated by flashing multicolored moving lights. Problem: there are kids of different ages moving around very quickly, falling, hitting each other with bounce pillows, and climbing on things — so if you cannot see what your child is doing or what is being done to him/​her — it is very nerve racking and it lasts for over an hour. My kid (who is a tough 2 year old) enjoyed every minute of it, but if I hadn’t been right on top of him, he might have gotten hurt. I just think it’s a terrible idea to turn off all the lights and let the kids loose. Other than that, a great concept and very helpful for rainy days.

First of all, the kids loved it. They had a great time, which was what it was intended, so the stars go to that.
From a parent’s point of view. it was concerning how many kids got hurt.
Points to remember if you are bringing your kids there:
1. Bring socks… yes, they must wear socks, if you forget them (specially now in the summer), you can still purchase them there, but they will cost you $ 3.50
2. Get them to wear long sleeve tshirts and leggings or jeans. This will avoid bad rubber burns, and I saw a few kids with those.

Attended a kiddie birthday here today. It was one of the most organized and clean kiddie birthdays I have ever been to. It’s location is a bit awkward. The address is on a different street than the front door. The place is upstairs so you can take the stairs or elevator. (Elevator is easier with all the gifts to carry home). The party starts out with an educational tv showing the kids the safety hazards of bouncing. They remove their coats which are placed on a coat rack and a bin with balloons for the gifts. There are 2 bouncing rooms. They are in each room for a period of time and the coat rack and gift box go with you. The last room is for pizza and cake. It was very organized and the staff was so helpful. Highly recommended !

Very cute place! Attended a birthday party on a recent Saturday afternoon. I personally hate the unsteadiness (??) of bounce houses but my kid had a blast.
The place itself is sort of in an awkward location (above a grocery store) so it took us a while to figure out how to get up there. Perhaps the Bounce U administrators should post a sign with directions or signs with arrows pointing customers in the right direction (they very well could already have one and maybe I missed it). And the elevator never came.
The staff seems very young and kudos to them for being well-​mannered and helpful! They keep things moving (love a kids’ party that’s less than 2 hours!!!) and appeared to be very efficient and organized.

Let’s start from the beginning, when I went there to book my sons party, I waited at the front desk for a while because the employees were busy engaged in their own personal conversations. Finally a young Asian man asked if I needed help, he was very nice, and while me and him are «trying» to have a conversation about the party and get the pricing together; I had to ask him to please tell his colleagues lower their voices, they were so loud that I couldn’t hear myself think, their conversation & laughs were louder than the group of children waiting for their party to start. Once everything was done & booked I left, thinking did I make the right move.
The day of the party, I was assigned two people to help, thankfully everyone arrived early and the party started about five minutes late, which was made up in one of the play rooms, the staff that is working, actually doing the parties, moving around, are very attentive, the guy kept asking me if everything was ok, and if I needed anything. I have absolutely no complaints with them, and tipped them both at the end of the party.
The problem with this place is supervision, management, the staff hangs out at the front desk like their in front of the corner store, there is absolutely NO professionalize, conversations about inappropriate things, including speaking about «stupid yuppies» which is the exact words I heard, there is no reason to speak about someone’s party or there parents, guest, or children, as a matter of fact, the front desk should be busy working that conversation isn’t heard.
While checking out, the young man was so disinterested and rude, as I’m handing over 1,200 for a 2 hour party, I asked for a cab to be called for people that attended the party, his response is I can give you the number you can call… this isn’t the biggest thing! But when I’m counting over a thousand dollars to hand you for two hours and I ask a simple FAVOR I don’t expect an attitude. Yes of course I could have went on Unilocal and got a car service number, the point is I was busy, your job is customer service, DO IT!
I would most definitely have a party here again, but not to whoever is a supervisor, manager… get your young employees to be more professional, quiet, not rude, and run the front desk like a business, not like a bunch of kids hanging out.

We had a party here and it was great!
I went on Unilocal before booking this space and I wanted to write a review to help others. Once you get there, which is fastest by car if you don’t live close, it’s super fun. The party cycles through two bounce rooms for about ½ hour+ each, and then does pizza and cake in a separate party room. Friends suggested we supplement the pizza which we did with a fruit tray and coffee for the adults. The fruit tray wasn’t great, but it was a nice addition. I didn’t do any other food because I wasn’t sure how good it would be.
The bounce rooms are pretty great– even with 20 kids there is rarely a wait, so the kids really get a work out and have a fun time because they are able to go over and over again.
Everyone has to wear socks, and it’s a good idea to wear long sleeves or to keep your arms in (just like a coffee-​sack slide). As people noted, if your elbows scrape the slide surface on the way down, you will hurt yourself.
I didn’t do the cosmic bounce because we had younger children and it seemed like it could be too dark.
All in all, it was one of our best parties!
