Business Owner
Peter comes to us having spent the last decade cooking for the best chefs in the world, Joel Robuchon L’Atelier, David Bouley’s Danube, April Bloomfield’s Breslin, Veritas, and the Four Season’s Hotel. Born and raised in New York, his affection and knowledge of New York City, its food scene and patrons are second to none.
In BarBacon, his first venture, Peter seeks to capitalize on this intimate knowledge and his considerable talent with menus focused on the ultimate craving and supreme ingredient, Bacon. Treating and giving bacon the attention it rightfully deserves, Peter intends to seek out the very best bacons from all over the country and pair them with local artisanal beers. Similarly, his menus are purposefully designed to enhance the different nuances of the unique artisanal bacons he finds. It’s all about the bacon.
