Comprehensive Cleaning

We were hoping that the carpet cleaning in our bedroom would remove a large stain. It didn’t. The stain is still there.

Horrendous. First of all, good luck getting them to answer the phone! I purchased a voucher for cleaning on Amazon Local after reading fairly good reviews and initially was able to book an appointment (although I had to wait weeks for it). Was forced to cancel because of an emergency room visit with my dog. I now cannot get anyone to answer the 1 – 800 number, have left countless messages and sent numerous emails. I finally did receive an email response with one available time for the following day which was a Saturday night (It did not work with my schedule). Crickets since… I can’t believe that this is actually a business and if it is it won’t be for much longer. Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! Maybe if you pay full price for Comprehensive Cleaning’s services, and/​or buy their added products you will have good results… but maybe not. I purchased carpet and upholstery cleaning services by Comprehensive Cleaning through Groupon and had disasterous results. I had to endure an extremely overzealous and repeated push to purchase additional sanitizing and scotchguarding services. When I refused, very little effort was put into cleaning my carpets. I now have a large discoloration in my carpeting which I know was not present before, as the cleaner tried to convince me. He had pointed out trouble spots before he started, but not that one. After he had been cleaning the upstairs hallway he suddenly tells me that there is a discoloration that had been there. I know it had not! My carpets andupholstery do not look any better than when I dry vacuum them, and there are numerous spots that were not removed. I have removed them with Resolve. When I pointed this out, the same person who told me that everything was in such good shape that I should Scotchguard and sanitize them and they would last 10 more years, told me that the spots did not come outand the upholstery was not clean because they are old and in bad shape. They did not even move my small rolling printer stand and clean under it!
I will never again use anyone other than Stanley Steemer, who always leaves my carpets spotless!

Just had my carpet cleaned by Comprehensive Cleaning using a Groupon. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs carpet cleaning.

Just had couch and chairs cleaned by Comprehensive Cleaning using a GroupOn deal. The guys who came were super nice, very professional and did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, explained the process, were efficient and respectful of our space. Would definitely recommend the company and would use them again.
