This place is bate and switch to it’s finest. This building has one of the worst management teams — especially for the cost to live there. I read all the bad reviews when I moved in and I thought — «whatever.» Boy was I wrong. After one year of living here, I can’t wait to move somewhere that has true value. I moved in thinking — I’ll use all the amenities! The pool! the Community Room! I did a few times. But they have so many stipulations and rules that it’s not worth it. The management of the club can be very annoying. They will make up rules on the spot, just to get you to pay more money. They will charge you to use the deck, they will charge to use community rooms and all the things that you think you are paying for — no. The gym is the best pro. The pool is never open when anyone wants to use it. The projector in the theatre is always broken and you have to have an attendant there to help you at all the times that you would wan to use it. Then they raised the rent $ 300 after the first year. The people at the front desk are the best — that is true. But other than that, all the people in this building is trained to make the most money off you.

greg seems nice, when youre looking for a place to live and signing over your soul with the rent application/contract contact him again for anything else and he acts like he’s king of the world and won’t return phone calls. front office and greg kept telling me to call the other when arranging move-in details. do me a favor, get your directions straight before you make me call both of you three times each. f*cking stupid — — — — — — — [update] the front desk guy that i spoke to four times yesterday(I think his name is Joseph) to arrange usage of the service elevator is INCOMPETENT. he never wrote down my appointment time and thank God i went to check it today, or else i would’ve been stuck without being able to use service elevators. and Greg, what a jerk. He gives me attitude about picking up my keys saying they’re available at the front desk any time I want and why I am bothering him with this request. First of all, it doesn’t make sense that keys would be available before my move-in date. My move-in date is July 1st. I went by today and the keys are nowhere to be found. The front-desk guy looked at me like I was crazy. I haven’t even moved in and Im already sick of the place
