Native of New Rochelle, NY Rob and his brother Ron opened CGI in 2008 after realizing personalized customer service was quickly being replaced by automation and inpersonalized call centers. Rob like his brother have been in the insurance and business industry for over 15 years.

A CEBS Rob understands the complex world of corporate benefits the problem of retaining quality employees while containing company costs.

Rob lives in New Rochelle, with his wife Vicky and daughter Sophia.
