My first job was a Carvel Ice Cream store back in the mid 70’s in Yonkers New York.
I have been visiting this place in New Rochelle for about 17 years now. What has been a constant here for 17 years is the quality of the Ice Cream — they have never waivered on the quality here.
And as for the service, we showed up at 9:55PM (5 minutes before closing the other night) and both workers were very accommodating and did not flinch at helping out party of six!
