The Crêpe Cart is a beautiful quintessentially French, custom built, Crêpe making wonder! Literally a push-cart designed by the hearts and minds of it’s two owners (The Crêpe Ladies) to create (before your very eyes) delicious crepes with fresh ingredients! Great food, fast service, reasonable prices, and style make this the place to go, or bring home to your special event! Now serving gluten-free and vegan options!

History

Established in 2014.

The Crêpe Ladies (Samantha Saliter & Tracy Kish) were catering specialists under the employ of another high profile Creperie for about 5 years. There they learned a love for the art of crêpe making and the skill necessary for large scale and mobile service. Perfecting style, taste and efficiency manifested itself in the design and commissioning of The Crêpe Cart. Being from modest backgrounds, The Crêpe Ladies had to run a kickstarter campaign to acquire the funds to make their vision a reality. Popping up all over New Orleans at various markets, festivals, private events and out in the street in the beginning, The Crêpe Cart can be found all over. The Crêpe Cart serves daily at The French Market from 9:30 — 5:30.
