The JOY Center is the adult activities component of St. Michael’s Special School. It sells a variety of seasonal decorations (fleur di lis in various colors, streetcars, you name it), balloon bouquets, and they recycle Mardi Gras beads. Most orders are custom so be prepared to wait a bit for your item. They don’t really have a good webpage or display space. Sales are mostly word of mouth.
