Jefferson Parish Public School System

This is a review of the building itself, not the school system, really, since that would require way more explanation than I’m really willing to attach to my name on the internets:
This district office is brand new (opened within the last 3 years) and very nice. There is ample parking outside, and it is easy to find on Manhattan between River Road and the Westbank Expressway. Since it is so new, everything looks very clean and nice. All of the employees I have interacted with at the front desk have been very nice; one time I ran into a security guard who was giving out satsumas, win! If you’re there for a meeting organized by the district, you’ll likely see it listed on a TV screen behind the front desk.
The board room and meeting rooms are comfortable and outfitted with nice projectors. I have also been in some of the offices and they were nice. I’ve never had the need to go upstairs but I imagine it’s pretty similar to the bottom floor.
