I have never been more angered by an establishment as I have been by this one. SERIOUSLY, guest relations here are severely lacking, as is their scheduling protocol. I had an appointment for 2 PM, then changed by them to 3:30, I was OK with it, then the dumb broad on the phone tells me to come in 90 minutes earlier, and wait. And wait, and my girl STILL has a client in her chair. I don’t begrudge waiting for my service, but I am very angry that I was asked to come in early and then wait, until my original appointment time, which would have been 3:30. Screw you Robert Jeffery Salon. You are a groupon salon and nothing else. I’d like to be reimbursed for the parking money which was wasted you stupid, stupid twit.
May the front desk staff be cursed for lifetimes…
