Excellent service. After calling around to several shops, some which never even bothered to call back, I settled on M & B. Mike, the owner, was very understanding of my situation and very personable. After a couple of phone conversations, I took a chance and scheduled the appointment. I had three services performed over two visits: water pump, thermostat, and oil change. All services were completed as promised, with the only glitch being the difficulty in finding one of the parts needed for my car– — not even the dealership in the area had the part in stock. I cannot fault M & B for that though. I WAS only going to give 4 stars because there really isn’t a comfortable customer waiting area — I had to wait in the business office area. But after thinking about it, it really wasn’t that bad and did not take away from the great service — plus, they don’t have that waiting area overhead to pass on to the customer! Now don’t get me wrong, the wonderful office manager, Tatiana, was a delight to chat with during my wait; and Mike and another of the associates there were also friendly and accommodating. It was just a bit awkward sitting there being privy to their business conversations. It’s an auto repair shop — not a spa! But back to the positives: even though I didn’t need to take him up on it, Mike offered to give me a ride back to my home if I didn’t have transportation. Plus they cleaned my car as well as any professional service. I will definitely use this service again now that my manufacturer warranty has expired. I will also recommend this service to friends and associates if asked. I am very happy with the results. So in the areas that really count, integrity, performance and price, I give them the full 5 stars!

Amazing service! We have now found our mechanic in New Orleans. Mike is everything you want in a mechanic and business owner. honest, fairly priced and personable. If you own a Saab this is the place to go.
