Best limo service in town! I’ve used them several times for various occasions and can honestly say I can always count on them when I need timely, professional transportation in New Orleans. The chauffeurs are always polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family members.

Loved this company! First off, when I was calling around pricing car services several of the companies were very overpriced and some were flat out rude. When I finally called Luxe Limos and talked to Stewart everything seemed so nice and very easy. I booked the car right away. On the day of service, my mom and I were flying in together and my BFF was flying in separately. We got there on time but her flight was delayed about 1 hr. I called Stewart while we were on a layover in Dallas to let him know. He was very helpful and said they would adjust the pick up time, no additional charges. Once we all got there our driver Wesley was ready and waiting. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He gave us a bunch of tips on places to see and eat. We really enjoyed the ride to the hotel with him. When it was time for us to leave town and back to the airport, our driver was on time (actually a little early) and was very pleasant on the ride to the airport. We had a good, comical, conversation. Sorry I don’t remember his name, the week in Nola and drinking everyday had taken its toll on me, LOL! All in all we had a great experience and if I ever return to this wonderful city I’ll definitely hire them again!

Used the stretch limo for a celebrity’s transport to a high profile fundraiser. Made the celebrity feel taken care of and they let us extend it for an afterparty that made the night that much more special with the big donors riding away from the party with us.

I too thought it would be a good idea to hire a car service from the airport to the French quarter since the transfer is about 30 minutes, and unsure of the quality of cab service in this city, this would ease my anxiety. My hotel offered a car transfer service for $ 106 + tip, and Luxe Limo price was $ 80 + tip for a town car. The cab fare is approximately $ 35 for the transfer FYI.
Stewart was great at organizing the transfer. Tony was our driver. I guess I expected a little more from Tony. He was pretty young and not overly friendly almost as if he was pissed he had to work. Tony did not offer to assist us getting our luggage off the carousel, carried only one suitcase (the small one) did not open car doors for us, and we had a LONG walk from baggage claim to the car. Upon arriving to the hotel, Tony did not open our car doors and the doorman removed our suitcases and welcomed us. Tony just stood there. Where is the first class service here? I am used to having car service and this was really below the standard I expect. I gave Tony $ 100 cash and he looked at me like he didn’t know what to do. Keep the change kid! I am giving 5 stars to Stewart for the cleanliness of the town car and for Stewart’s coordinating and prompt email etiquette. Tony gets 1 star, just for being on time. We should have just taken a cab, besides for the black leather seats there wasn’t much difference in service. Pretty much a waste of $ 65.

For our first trip to N.O. we wanted to rent a limo to pick us up at the airport, especially since we were not familiar with the area. It was tough picking a company with so many to choose from but ultimately, we decided on LUXE Limo and we are so happy we did. We spoke to Stewart and he was very helpful and friendly. He helped me plan my day and the price was very reasonable. The car was waiting for us upon our arrival and can only tell you that everything was flawless. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Luxe has the best prices in the New Orleans/​Metairie area; on top of that the service was excellent. It was honestly the most convenient limo service I have ever had… they were spot on with pick ups and drop offs and the vehicles were clean and great looking with friendly drivers that catered to our every need. With that being said, not only would I highly recommend this company, it is the only limousine company I would use in the area. You can’t go wrong, book your next special event (over just a night on the town) with Luxe… you will not regret it!

Will and Stewart &the whole staff at luxe limo rocked. Came down from NY in feb for my boys bachelor party… we rented their 20+ seated shuttle coach and they took us to the Abita Brewery in Abita Springs.
The shuttle coach was nice black leather seats, and laminate floor which made it an easy clean for anything that was spilled.
Felt like we were rolling in a celebrity coach., ESP since our driver was dressed like he just came out hollywood!
