Eric was right on time and easy to communicate with via texts and calls. He arrived right out front of the airport to pick us up. His rates were very reasonable compared to other companies we looked at. The van was clean and nicely cooled compared to the hot humid weather outside. No issues both to and from the airport. I recommend giving him a try.

Eric did a fabulous job helping out at our son’s wedding in New Orleans. He did everything from transporting to and from the airport and shuttling between events, He was very prompt at all pickups and courteous. Excellent service.

Waited for him to pick us up at our hotel to bring us to the airport. Sent him a text and called numerous times with no response. Finally we gave up and flagged down a taxi so we could make our flight.

Eric was very professional and punctual. We had a party of 6 with lots of luggage, the van was large and clean. Once we arrived we asked for a pitstop (unscheduled)to pickup goodies for our week, which was not a problem. We also needed a return ride which had been included in our original quote, was very reasonable. We highly recommend Eric. Thanks Eric for a great start and end to our Mardi Gras adventure.

This was our first visit to New Orleans. We came to celebrate our youngest daughters 21 Birthday. She REALLY wanted a Daiquiri in a Styrofoam cup. Eric went out of his way to take us to a «drive through» place! It was a great start to our trip. Eric was so nice and friendly! We booked him to take us back at the end of our trip. He was on time and a great driver. I recommend Eric to anyone needing a shuttle.

Called Eric the night before I arrived in NOLA and set up the pick up time. Was traveling with my wife and three boys. Eric was waiting for us right at the gate with his van, which had plenty of space for my family and I. He was very friendly throughout the ride into the Quarter and suggested some family activities for us. If you are looking for a prompt, friendly, spacious and economical shuttle service, Eric is your man!

Used Eric’s from the airport to the quarter. Prompt and friendly service. Will use him him again for the return. Clean van!!!

If you need someone affordable, reliable, friendly, patient, and efficient please call Eric. I saw a review about him never responding to a client after a scheduled appointment but that’s really the opposite of my experience. Eric has been great about keeping in touch and being prompt.
This guy really is great. I asked for a 1:40 pick up time. He was there and texted me to let me know he was there. We were delayed at the gate AND had a last minute change that made me have to check a bag which means I would be much later than i originally expected. I told him and he had no problem with the change and told us to contact him when we were ready. When we finally met him, he was very nice and his van was clean and seemed in good repair.
What stood out the most for me is that I have some health issues that can cause me to have anxiety attacks and possibly have to make some urgent stops. I was obviously freaking out the whole drive and he was soooo patient with me. He wasn’t annoyed, he never even seemed a bit bothered. Total gentleman. I never let people drive me and i was so worried about being driven by a stranger and not having control of when we could stop but he made it much less stressful.
Eric’s rates were definitely the best I found. He charged us $ 40 for the 3 of us to get to the French Quarter. He also said he is available for shorter trips within the city and everything is a flat rate.
I am ready to head home now and Eric is available to pick me up. I don’t know if the rates are lower for 1 person vs 3 (I am leaving alone) but I will give him the rate paid for 3 people because he’s worth it.

Super nice guy, showed up 5 minutes early for a 4:30am pickup to the airport. Can’t recommend this company enough in a town where cabs can be pretty unreliable and Über can be hard to come by during early hours.

I called Eric and notified him that I’ll be arriving in New Orleans at around midnight and will be ready for pick up shortly after, depending on how much time it takes me to go through baggage claim. He confirmed that he was able to provide support, and said for me to just text him when I get here.
I arrived and texted him as planned. I even called home numerous times, to which he did not answer any of these calls. It is now 1230 am and I am standing in a line that rivals that of a DMV, waiting for a random taxi to Coke to my rescue.
I have uploaded a snapshot of the test I sent Eric. If I had a choice, I’d give him no stars whatsoever. Very disappointed and I would never recommend this transportation service to anybody.

Eric is great! On time, friendly, and will go out of his way to do everything he can for you. I highly recommend his service.

I found Eric on Unilocal,and saw all of the great reviews so I decided to give him a call as we needed a ride from the airport to our hotel. Eric was prompt and his van was very clean. He was very pleasant to visit with and had very good rates. Call Eric next time you need transportation in New Orleans. You will be glad you did!

Eric picked us up from the airport right on time and dropped us off at our hotel. $ 30 flat for the ride ($ 33 for a taxi) to the French quarter. He was super friendly and his van was really nice! Would definitely use him again!

I was a little nervous about getting to the airport at 4:30 am after reading about the unreliability of standard taxi services in NOLA during a holiday weekend, so I decided to go with Eric after reading the reviews here.
He did not disappoint — he confirmed my reservation via text, and showed up at the hotel exactly on time, and made the ride very pleasant to the airport. Eric was extremely professional and friendly, and his price was reasonable.
I am happy to support a local family business and to write this review to help get the word out. You will not regret going with Eric!

I was with a group of 6 ladies and Eric met us at the airport. I am disabled and use a scooter and it is difficult to get in a van but Eric is a trooper and very patient and professional. He was also very good at responding to my requests. He also took us to a plantation and was very pleasant and helpful. We all appreciated his promptness. We never had to wait. HIs rates a also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone planning a trip to New Orleans.

After having a heck of a time getting a cab Halloween night, I was hesitant to rely on a taxi to pick me up Sunday to go to the New Orleans Airport.
So, I turned to Unilocal.
I called Eric’ To and From and Eric picked up right away. He quoted me an awesome price and I set a 6am time Sunday for pick up. I texted him at 5:53 this morning to let him know the house’s porch light was on and he said he was five minutes out. I was happy with his quick response and his promptness for my pick up time. He picked me up in a large, clean van.
He was super nice, helpful and best of all I arrived at the airport in plenty of time. His car service was a great experience, at what I think is a steal of a price, that made my vacation end on a high note!

After my first Mardi Gras, I was leaving for the airport in the morning with the King of all hangover headaches. Everywhere I walked, I could hear Scar whispering to Simba «What have you done?» To which, Simba would whimper, «It…was an accident.».
I empathized with Simba. I repeated the same. «It was an accident!» If only I could stop my former self from being so foolish. «Don’t drink so many ‘hand grenades’!» «No more shots!» «Don’t visit the elephant graveyard!»
I ordered this car service in hopes that it would mend the hole in my heart that I could feel was forming due to my terrible headache and poor life choices.
Upon stepping into the cab, I started to feel a tingling sensation in my fingertips. In the horizon, I could see rainbows and Mufasa’s head forming in the clouds ahead.
Feeling overjoyed with excitement, I paused to see if my headache was cured.
It still really hurt.
But the car owner’s name was also Eric.
