I booked an airport pick up via email and it was incredibly easy. The pricing and communication was very straight forward. After some research, I quickly discovered that it was one of the better priced limo rentals in the area.
I was able to surprise my group with a beautiful, clean and comfortable limo van.
My favorite part of this experience happened after we were dropped off and were in our house. I got a call from the driver saying that one of my friends had left a scarfs in the back. the driver had checked before he pulled away.
I was so pleased with this experience that I called and booked a standard van for our return trip to the airport.

We booked this service for transportation to and from the airport for our trip to New Orleans. We had a late night connection in Houston. We missed that connection ending up having to stay the night in Houston with a 6:30 am flight in the morning. We immediately contacted the company to explain why we needed to cancel that evenings ride and to schedule another for our morning arival. I was told that because we missed the two hour notification requirement we would be charged full price for the cancellation and full price for the morning pickup. $ 140.00 each. The flight time between Houston and New Orleans is 60 min so there was no way we could give them a 2 hour notification. I consequently cancelled the morning ride and the one that was scheduled for the end of our trip. I will never use this company. I only gave them one star because I couldn’t post a negative rating.

Best limo service in the city. I’ve booked night outs with them and trips to the airport when the old lady can’t bring me.
They also have an OnDemand service called Livery-​Car that is just like Über, but with safe insurance and trained chauffeurs.

I was facing a conundrum… New Orleans does not have public transportation (don’t argue with me on this one), and we don’t really have Über (or this one, either), and I had 14 individuals coming in from out of town to cart around for four days. On a non-​profit budge. That’s a problem.
Solution: Limousine Livery. I was a little surprised by the pricing (I mean, I had never booked a van service before, so I didn’t have anything to compare it to), but I was also getting pretty desperate. Like, called the bus driver who used to drive us to sorority functions oh-​so-​many years ago desperate — my friend who gave me the driver’s number actually said «I didn’t find an obit for her, so you should at least *try* calling her.»
Anyway, back to my story. Booked Limo Livery for about nine transfers, and only the first one had a (pretty big) snafu. So I give them a four. The coordinator was really responsive and helpful, and the drivers I had a chance to meet were very nice. I had a feeling of dread, however, when the first scheduled pickup was about 20 minutes late, so that all but one of our guests ended up cabbing it from the airport. We were on tight deadlines all weekend, so that stressed me out big time. The rest of the transfers were en pointe, however, so all’s well that ends well, right?

I booked Livery Limousine to surprise my girlfriends with luxury transfer to our hotel on a girls’ weekend. We had never been to NOLA, and I wanted to make the trip as fun and memorable as possible!
We had a really hard time finding our driver, and in fact I had to call the company in order to find him! He did have all of our names on his iPad, which was a fun touch once we found him!
The driver was nice enough, but I was SO disappointed with the limo! The inside of the limo was is TERRIBLE shape! The air vents were broken, none of the controls worked, and there were DIRTY paper napkins crumpled up on the floor. It was so obvious that they hadn’t even looked in the back after transporting the last party.
I was also told at time of booking that there would be a «stocked bar.» There were two dirty decanters that were refilled with cheap bourbon and vodka. To drink from, there were only change glasses (some dirty), and the only mixer was water. We actually had him pull over at a gas station to get something drinkable so that we could have a «cheers!»
Because the driver was willing to stop so that we could get other drinks and we now have a funny memory to laugh about, I didn’t complain to the company. However, I would not ever recommend their service to a friend, unfortunately. I expect better for the $ 150+ I paid. Honestly, I would have expected better for much less.

We had a fantastic experience with the Limousine Livery. Our driver, Byron, met us promptly at the airport and led us to the limo, which was very luxurious, clean and came with a fully stocked bar — ice, spirits, mixers, glasses.
The best part came later, though, and this is what really set Limousine Livery apart for me. After we had been dropped off at our hotel, I realised with horror that I had left my iPhone in the limo. Panicking, I called the company HQ half an hour later, only to be told that Byron had already found the phone and was on his way back to our hotel to drop it off. Without my even needing to call!
I was due to go out for dinner that night so wasn’t able to wait for him to arrive, but felt I could trust the company’s word. Sure enough, the phone was waiting for me at the concierge desk when I arrived back. Such a relief, as it contained sensitive work information as well as my own personal data, and thanks to LL’s efficiency its return was instantaneous.
Limousine Livery, and Byron in particular, really went above and beyond — would use them again in a heartbeat!

We used the trolley car for our bridal party for our wedding last weekend, and they did a wonderful job! I had no issues whatsoever, and our driver was friendly throughout the entire night, as well. They were everywhere they needed to be at the specific times I asked, and all of my bridal party raved about the fun and original transportation that was provided. I will definitely use them again if need be!

Staff from behind the scenes to the drivers were amazing. They really went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we wanted. Great customer service, great service from the drivers. Cars were clean and well taken care of. I’d highly recommend them and will be using them anytime I need a limo/​car.

Ya I’m a fan. My driver Derrick R was nice. He was early and waiting for me at baggage claim (which I didn’t think was the plan so that was a nice surprise). Actually however I’m not sure it mattered that he came in. He didn’t offer to help me with my checked luggage. In any event the ride was smooth and the Lincoln car was newer looking and clean. Two free bottles of water were provided. All in all I would definitely use this company again for stress free transport from MSY. I booked it through
and this process went smoothly.

They were great. They brought my mother to the airport for me since my family was on vacation. My mom raved about her Driver. She had a woman named Dora (May have her name wrong?). She was very professional and made my mom feel at ease. I did the booking online and it was simple and easy. We will definitely use them again!

We used them again this past month and the service was great again! the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the company needs to give the drivers a crash course on how to operate the sound system. They have an ipod hook up but for no directions on how to use it… if only it were plug and play it would be perfect.
