History
Established in 2000.
Pam, or ‘Mother Nature’ whom she is referred as, began this establishment in the hopes of sharing her passion for Caribbean cuisine with the locals of New Orleans. Her connection to Carribean, Jamaican, Honduran, and Panamanian cultures have inspired her dishes. Her location, 2515 Bayou Rd, in the hearth of the 7th ward, New Orleans’ is the epicenter of local culture. Coco Hut is a perfect addition to reflect the mixture of cultures that have added to our lifestyle.
