Big Easy Photobooth

I was in search of a photo booth rental for my 35^th birthday party. I emailed the company and asked for them to send me their packages and pricing details. Debra Sanchez emailed me back with everything that I asked for and was even nice enough to include a $ 400 gift certificate to be used toward one of their packages! The package I was interested in was the jambalaya package which was $ 500 for 3 hrs. With the certificate, it would have made it $ 100, which I couldn’t believe could be true. When I emailed Debra back for clarification, at first she acted like she didn’t know what certificate I was talking about. When I explained to her that she had sent me the certificate along with the package details, she explained to me that was a mistake because she never gives out certificates unless for a school function. Well needless to say, I have the certificate in my possession and now I’m being told I can’t use it. I felt like she should have honored it being that she sent it to me or at least given me a percentage off. When I questioned Debra about this, she has yet to respond, other than telling me I would have to pay full price. I think that speaks very negatively on her business to treat a customer that way. I will not be using Big Easy Photobooth and would not recommended them to anyone else.

I booked Big Easy photobooth for my wedding, and it was the highlight of the night! People couldn’t get enough. The attendant was on time, dressed nicely, and very polite. There were TONS of fun props to pick from. I was so busy that I forgot to grab the USB drive with all the pictures from the wedding, so they mailed it to me promptly. I would definitely use them again. So much fun
