Popppinnn, the DJ was on point, not even one moment where the music was back. Definitely going back. There’s no parking lot, but it wasn’t hard to find parking around the place.

I remember going to this place during the first few week it opened and all I could say was… wow!!! The atmosphere is very inviting and the music was primarily Bollywood and hip hop. The staff is very friendly and they’ll cater to every need one has. The two owners are hilarious. Salman has a heart of gold and Shah is simply a clown that will have you«peeing your pants» from laughter. They serve finger foods and halal meats(for all my Muslim brothers and sisters). It’s simply worth giving it a shot. Their flavors are super smooth and aromatic. There’s no liquor here but; who said you can’t have fun without any liquor?! Anyways I would highly recommend this place to anyone that’s in the area!

These other reviews are hilarious. This is honestly one of the worst hookah lounges I have been to. They are relatively new to Floral Park, Queens. The only redeeming part about this place is the unlimited coal. My hookah was not pulling at all, so I waited about 5 minutes to have one of the guys service it. This same person was«DJing» I.e. using a cell phone to provide music with nauseating breaks of silence in between each song. The crowd is young, as in high school/college from what I could gauge. It’s a good place for young people of that age to go to, but if you’re out of college, I would skip this spot in favor of something a bit more put together. Dirty tables and menus. Bathroom was filthy, and looked terribly old which is puzzling, given that this place is not that old. Remnant of the old place? If I were in the area, I would check out Off the Hookah. Must nicer inside, and has alcohol.

First off this place has the Worst customer service ever! I asked for a bottle of water and have not recieved it until i reminded the server right before i was going to leave. I told him to forget about the water and ge still charged me for it. Secondly, there were Way too many children. If i recall correctly, it is now 21 and over to smoke hookah/tobacco products but apparently not over here. During my visit, i hace spotted way too many children smoking which was disgusting. Thirdly, no one asked for IDs which shouldn’t have been the case. At any other lounge i have been to, i have always been asked for ID. Lastly, this place has tobacco hookah. Not too long ago many places such as fayrooz, cloud 9 and etc. Have been shut down due to enviornmental issues. So why is this business still running with tobacco?

This is one the best hookah lounges in Queens. They opened in my neighborhood about a year ago. The first time I went here, I noticed that the customer service was the best. They give you a lot of attention and care about everything. The price is also very reasonable. You can have the best hookah flavors for a very reasonable price. The best part of this place is the atmosphere. The music is on point, the décor is up to date with the latest trends and the hookahs are well and clean. I really recommend this place if you are trying to have a good time. Whether you come with one person or five, they will take care of you and satisfy all your needs. Keep it up Koyla Krew!

Very very uptempo placed Music is a mix of everything but majority of the times of it being Indian/Punjabi(which is good IMO haha) Hookah –very smooth –last forever –Coal run every 5 – 10 minutes. –wide variety of flavors along with special mixes –quick order to produce ratio Environment –very friendly –music on demand depending on the crowd density –friendly staff –good seating arrangement(privacy is valued due to booth) –good lighting variations –AC/Heat It’s a A+ for a return!(Been here 10 times!)

Hookah was great, in a new, clean hookah that was serviced fantastically. Came here right after work because i wanted to avoid a crowd and lout music. i got exactly what i wanted. Nobody there at around 7pm on a Thursday, music was on but not too loud that i had to yell. Was given our hookah very quickly and everything was smooth sailing for the night.

Best hookah spot on Long Island! Very happy with the hookah quality, music, and service. The only thing I had a problem with was that they made us purchase a hookah per two people even if some ppl in my group didn’t want any.

Terrible service. Owner tried being a tough guy and fighting me because I thought his wife was a DJ. I wanted a song request. Horrible service with bad hookah. Never going back. Do not recommend to others. Stay away. Owner is weird

I’ve been out of the hookah game for a bit. So I’ve been told, which is incredible considering my reviews were the top for a majority of hookah spots in Queens. This is my year to bring it back, I took a look on my trusty Unilocal app to find a new hookah location to call my hookah home base. This was on the list and I’m always up for something new, especially since the hookah lounges in this area were all rated with 5 stars by me. Called up the crew letting them know the destination for the night. As soon as we came, we were greeted with smiles. The staff here are well trained and very friendly, they make sure to attend you all night without having to demand coal every few minutes. The hookah menu is pretty small considering other locations in the area but these guys can make any flavor you can possibly come up with. The hookah is incredible, possibly the most smoothest I’ve smoked in over 5 years. The flavors and strong to the point where you can smell strawberries in the smoke. If you are someone who usually coughs whenever you try to smoke hookah, don’t worry because the smoothness of this hookah will make even the worst smokers seem like pros. They do not serve any liquor, which is against their morals and religion. This also ensures that less people are acting up. If you want to feel a bit wavy while smoking your hookah make sure you pregame to arrive tipsy. The food is amazing and the smoothies are deliciously yummy. The Koyla kabob mix is a big plateful of boneless chicken pieces, it’s a bit spicy and well seasoned. Their quesadillas, according to my Latin friends, are the best they have ever had. All the food here is fresh and taste homemade, nothing seems to be frozen. Make sure you try one order before you do, trust me it will be worth it. Once we started, we couldn’t stop, as soon as a plate was done we had to ask for another order. It’s a very relaxing environment, decorated simple but still managing to grab your attention. The tables light up, each react with a different speed changing colors to the music. Their menu is transparent but once placed on the table you can see the text. They have a mini stage in the center that also lights up, usually someone would run up there dancing for a few minutes or there would be a mini performance. The last time we came a guy was playing drums with everyone dancing around him. It’s very entertaining. I’ve came back to visit and the«Koyla King» remembered me and was glad to welcome us back. This will be my new hotspot.

Came here a few times, usually ets very crowded. Its usually good for parking, since the area is residential and quite desolate. The hookahs are great– we usually get a customized flavor. They change the coals frequently. There is no alcohol. But they serve light appetizers, smoothies, and frappes, which is a nice touch. The music is also good, mainstream bollywood and pop, with some Bhangra. We almost always get a few people dancing on the light up stage :)

All in all it was a good relaxing place. The hookah we got was berry bang and it was pretty good. we also ordered the hummus and pita, which were pretty okay for an empty stomach, and the nutella shake was great. The hookah guys were really nice. As soon as we came he seated us and the menus were transparent with the cool neon tables. The food did take a while, but they did have a decent amount of people in there. The hookah was good and the guys were continuously changing it and asking us if we’re okay. The music was good too and we danced. They had these bhangra(?) Guys who played drums which got the whole place dancing, since it was all punjabis. I just wished the dj played more variety. We requested it twice and he did a little and that’s when it got popping, during those times. Then he went back the the Punjabi music, which was fine, but mix it up. At the end the bill was $ 33 which was okay. And they asked if everything was good and we mentioned it was great service, food, and hookah but the music wasn’t up to par since we requested. and the dj was super nice to give us an opportunity to dance to our requests. he even danced with us and the other guests did too with us ! It’s a great, relaxing place overall. Not too fancy, but not dull.

I came here like 2 – 3 months ago and you can see that it recently opened up. We came in like around 7 pm and they were just opening up. There were limited flavors so we went with the blue mist. The flavor and coal used were pretty terrible. After 5 minutes, we were planning to leave but the owner attempted to fix it. It was mediocre at best after adjusting it. We left disappointed and might not be back. If you’re gonna have a hookah bar, your hookah should be on point.
