Established in 2011.

We started with The Old Goat House in 2011. In 2013 we added The Lucky Goat House and in 2014 we added The Gnarly Goat House.

There are now 3 ways to enjoy the river area each with its own special charm.

I have been running and managing these high end vacation rental properties for over 5 years now. My background is in interior design and remodeling. I have put these skills to use to produce 3 wonderful, unique and thoroughly enjoyable properties.

All located within easy walking distance of the Guadalupe river and Whitewater Amphitheater.
