Taco Bell

Awful wait times since new managers took over mid 2015. After the skilled workers quit, new employees were hired with attitude! Slow foot approach to customer service. Don’t expect them to make eye contact with you, you are only a customer who disrupts their free ride as an employee. Take out or drive through? Wait, Wait, and Wait. The food is often just thrown into the bag spilling the food contents into the bag. Avoid this TB, go to the Qdoba Mexican Grill down the street, walking in to get your food will still be quicker than waiting at TB.

Extremely slow service and wrong order again. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order.

No one is in the place and each and every table has dirt on it. However, the bathroom is very neat and clean! Food is prepared typical Taco Bell style little meat!

A quick decline and unbelievably slow service has ruined what used to be one of my favorite lunch spots. The staff used to be all smiles and happy to see you when you’d come through the drive through. The food was always made fast, looked presentable, and tasted great. Over the course of this summer all of that changed. I thought maybe with the return of the school year and a more permanent staff things would go back to the good old days. Instead they have only gotten worse. Today was the last straw and I will not be going back.
1. It took 20 minutes of waiting before I even got to the speaker to order my food. In the past at the same time this would only take 5 minutes on a busy day.
2. Once at the window I was asked to wait and it took 3 minutes before they could take my order.
3. After giving my order it took three minutes to get through the 2 cars before me
4. Once I got to the window it took another 4 minutes to get my drink, burrito, and taco.
All in all it took 30 minutes, my allotted time for lunch, to get my food and drive away. During that time I saw 6 cars leave the line and drive away only one of which was ahead of me in line. I was more than tempted to do the same, but thought it may get better.
What this situation taught me is that the service is still on a downslide and I will be taking my money else where. I refuse to wait for thirty minutes for what used to take 8 minutes during a busy lunch rush. I will not pay for food that looks like a blind person shoveled it into a wrapper. I’m sorry, but my money is better spent elsewhere.

Been going here for 5 years. Service was always good. Until a couple months ago. I would not go here at all. In done. Takes for ever to get service. They get mad at you for waiting. I seen a employee dancing instead of helping. She even waved at me. I’m like why isn’t she helping out?! DONT GO here!

Horrible service by employees, over thirty minute wait with view of four employees sitting around and talking instead of working! Will never go back.

I’ve been here a few times and quality seems to be suffering. Yes, I realize that quality and Taco Bell don’t really go together. Standards like soft tacos seem to be ok, but it’s happened multiple times now where their bean burritos are lacking beans. Given that the price has almost doubled from it’s previous dollar menu status, it should match more closely to what’s shown on their website. This time I took them back up to the counter and got a shrug from the cashier when asked if they could re-​make. She then talked to a guy who seemed manager-​like and he scooped some extra onto a plate. Gee, thanks!

Unbearably slow service. I had to drive off without receiving my order. It was that bad.

I had a great experience at this newly remodeled Taco Bell in new Berlin. I really like the design of the building and upscale look. The food is Taco Bell. At this location the food was hot and fresh. The employees were very friendly and quick to make the food. The dining area was clean as well as the bathrooms. Taco Bell should update more buildings like this one and hire customer friendly associates like this one.

I went through the drive thru last night at 11pm and was very pleased with the service and food. The employee that worked the window was very attentive to everything I needed (sauce, utensils, napkins, etc.). The food was well made and not sloppy compared to other locations.

Never ever have I received such excellent service as I did at this Taco Bell. This may have been the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a Fast Food restaurant… EVER.
This is how transactions usually go for me:
Them: einadelfjaeoifneoaiernfe (completely unintelligible muttering)
Me: Um. Hello. I would like (insert item) and please, no meat.
Them: What? I don’t get it. (More muttering)
Me: Well, I want the (insert item) but could you save yourself a step and not put any meat on it?
Them: (Mouth agape, no words coming out)
Me: (Backs away slowly)
This T Bell, however, was a cut above the rest. I ordered a taco box (a very special treat as I try and eat pretty healthy) which I was splitting with my boyfriend who eats meat. We wanted some items in the box with meat, and some without. I apologized for the complicated order, but the cashier was beyond understand and double checked everything! The order came out exactly as we asked, and in speedy fast time!
I would like to thank the gentlemen that were working when I went for making my trip an extremely pleasant one!

As a Taco Bell goes, this one is just fine. I have seen some poor Taco Bell stores and this one is not one of them. They keep it clean, quick, and have a friendly staff. The food items are exactly what they are supposed to be. And they play a trivia game every day. Answer correctly, free drink.

My crunch wrap supremes are ALWAYS overlook at this location. What’s up with that. The bathrooms here are rarely clean.

On my visit to Taco Bell today the older gentleman working the register was very knowledgeable on the menu, pleasant & offered us avocado sauce on our tacos which I didn’t even know that was an option even though we didn’t want it. He made sure we had napkins, straws & all of the right condiments & the food we ordered was also good. This was a totally different experience than I’m use to getting at your typical Taco Hell Lol.
