Dirty Reds can be summarized as somewhere between Southern & Cajun… But Just Right. All of our menu items are made from scratch. We have a smoker in the back of our restaurant and cook ribs, brisket & chicken on a daily basis. These items are prepared with our special Louisiana dry rub and smoked for 8 to 13 hours. Regarding popular menu items, our Jambalaya Egg Rolls are an extremely popular appetizer. From there, customers can enjoy our shrimp & grits, low country boil, shrimp ettouffee, brisket po-boy or fried chicken & waffles. Any of these main courses can be served with our signature sides such as our kickin mac & cheese, collard greens, cajun spuds or stone ground grits. The interior décor of our restaurant has a southern bayou blues vibe. We look forward to serving a Louisiana inspired meal soon!
