The wraps are amazing and the service is phenomenal. I recommend the organic tea house with your meal!

Just got home with my $ 8 Greek salad. Very disappointed. Hardly any feta, 1 olive, 2 grape tomatoes. I had to add to it to make it remotely a lunch. Will not go back. They used to be much better.

Felt like good pizza last night, and decided to give «Kosta’s» a shot.
Went online, got their menu, which is very good. They have tons of different pizzas, burgers, steaks, subs, ziti meals, salads, sides (including clams…), calzones and other stuff (I forgot the rest of the menu). I have driven by this place many times in the past, and couldn’t believe how much they offer in comparison to the size of the restaurant. So I ordered. 2 pizzas.
Went off to Needham to pick them up.
Walked into this establishment and was wowed immediately. So many staff members, working SO fast, and all looked clean (with gloves and hats). Everyone was moving extremely quickly, and not one error did I witness. All of their food looked amazing, and I was extremely impressed with the way Kosta’s runs their business.
Got my pizzas and went off home. By the way, the only complaint I have is about the parking lot, its very small, but fine for a pizza shop, but, more importantly, the entrance and exit are not signed very well and they are both sort of hidden. There is an entrance to the lot on Chestnut Street, which is supposed to be enter only (yet the sign is sort-​of broken), and the exit is supposed to be on Marsh Road, but is also very hidden and the sign over there isn’t well placed either. Whoever runs this tiny mini-​plaza needs to fix these signs and pavement markings for safety purposes.
Anyway, got home and ate the delicious pizza. I prefer cheese pizza, and this was better than average, as most pizzas are (especially in this area). Plus, prices weren’t high at all, (considering this IS Needham people), and the staff were all very friendly and energized (no lazy soles here!).
Definitely a place I’d return and would suggest it to anyone. 5 stars.
**By the way, this place is Cash or Check only. Don’t forget to bring your wallet!**

just started working in the area. and i’m so glad that i am. I will be in almost every day for their wraps. best greek salad grilled chicken wrap ive ever had in my life! this is as good as it gets.

The salads are good but the home made pita is the reason that we return to Kosta’s we are visiting the area (from Vermont).

I lived in Dedham now but always find time to come by and get my chicken caesar wrap! The BEST I’ve ever had hands down!
My boyfriend and I even came here for Valentine’s Day last year to grab some dinner! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming!
Yes it’s cash only which kind of sucks but go to one of the many ATMs in Needham.
I never will have a bad word to say about Kostas they are the best! I will be sure to tell my friends and family about Kostas!

Their steak and cheese pocket will change your life. I usually go simple (steak, cheese, hot sauce), because the taste of the homemade pita is enough to make this a world-​class sandwich. They also do huge slices of pizza at lunch (not as tasty, but good value).

I live in Newton and I drive up there to buy their food. Everything is good there, the place is clean and the food is prepared quickly. My favorite is their «fish & chips plate». It is easily big enough for two people and I just love their coleslaw.
Suggestion: Carry Coca Cola please

They’re nice and the service is fine, but the food is pretty bad they use really bad too-​fluffy bread that tastes like it was bought at a grocery store, and the meat and cheese in the sandwich was pretty sub-​par — I ate until I was semi-​full and threw away the rest of my sandwich it was so bad.

Decent pizza. Not as good as some others in the area. Less than decent steak and cheese sub — seemed like more sub roll than steak. Mozz sticks were ok but the same little sticks you can get at Costco.
I’ll try the salads or something different next time.

Heads up-​though it isn’t posted anywhere I could see and I found out the hard way, this place is CASH ONLY. And without being directed to a nearby ATM I left without my order. Based on the reviews, I am betting the food is good. But the communication and service I experienced were both terrible.
Some recommendations, Kostas: 1) fix your home page. It can’t be found. 2) on the menu page of your site, clearly indicate that you DO NOT accept debit/​credit cards. 3) If you don’t do either of those things, tell people cash only on the phone. 4) Be ready to direct people who aren’t familiar with the area to an ATM. 5) try smiling. 6) Don’t make customers who don’t know about your cash only business feel stupid or that we are a nuisance. 7) enable your phone to swipe cards. Food is only part of the experience.

I like this place for their grilled chicken wraps. The chicken is fine. The pita bread is really good. The rest of the food we’ve tried is okay. The pizza is not good. Owner response on one review said the sauce is a 40 year recipe. I believe him — it tastes that old. Anyone that thinks this is good pizza has never had good pizza… It’s like the Bud lite drinker reviewing craft beers. Pizza is not their thing but if you want a good wrap I’d give this place a try. Lastly, the folks behind the counter are very nice.

I dont usually write good reviews, mainly bad ones because i feel that if a place is good people already know. However i had to make an exception. Kostas is phenomenal, ive never had anything bad there. I worked in the area for few months and went there almost everyday. The portions are always big and the ingredients are the freshest ive gotten from any pizza place. Kostas goes beyond to serve amazing food, they are not in buiesness for so so meals, they thrive on making sure everything they make is top notch quality. From subs to calzones to seafood. I had baked haddock there and was stunned that the crust on the fish and how perfect it was cooked was like legal seafood quality. The staff is always nice and friendly and will remember you fast.

How can you storm out a restaurant with a carriage? And if the ATM is right across the street why would it take me 20 minutes to come back… Nice try, this place is disgusting there are other restaurants with remarkable food and good service. For the owner to write back with a lie is even more disgraceful. I advise him to keep it shut before I tell the lady whom I’ve worked for NEVER to go there. matter fact she rarely orders from here so I don’t even have to inform her. Trust me you’re better off going to Mc Donald’s across the street for a fish sandwich then to go here.
Oh and P. S. the owners «workers» have been messaging me with harassment because I wrote this negative review so beware. I stand my ground and I’m tired of restaurants thinking they can get away with servicing people with rude service and mediocre food. You get what you pay for, always do a review whether the service is great or not. Instead of apologizing he’d rather argue. Really would you spend your money here?

We order pizza from kostas almost weekly maybe with the exception of some weeks we have bertucci’s or dominoes. Definitely tops bertucci’s though, and is in my opinion the best place to get a pizza in needham. Their seafood and Greek food though I have never tried, so I’m not sure I’d that matches the quality of the pizza. Kostas does deliver to needham or dover and their delivery service is very prompt and straightforward, and they will deliver anything on their menu, at least in my experiences, to your front door. So, if you are new to the area and looking for a go to pizza place besides dominoes, this is definitely a place to try.

Had the chicken caesar wrap for lunch while I was in for business and I didn’t want it to end. The bread was amazing and definitely made the wrap taste as good as it did. I would have it again x 100 if I were to find myself in Needham in the future.

Best pocket subs ever. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delishous. They never miss a beat.

I have searched and tried for pizza shops that amount to Kosta’s delicious food, but honestly there is no better pizza shop than Kosta’s. Their chix caesar and greek wraps are incredible, subs are delicious, pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Been going here for years. Everything is always made in 10 mins or under. I will call then drive down the street and my food is already made hot to go. Everything there is delicious!!! Best pizza shop in MA!
