WORST customer service, I’ve been in 3 or 4 times now and every time I’m there I struggle to get checked out. they either don’t know who is ringing or a manager has to ring you on the other side. I think someone asked me if I need help one time I was there. Great deals in the store but would like to have a little more warmth.

I usually shop at the Rockville location, but I happened to be by this location and stopped by.
I will say that they have good choices in sizes, colors, and styles. This location is much bigger than the Rockville location and bit smaller than the Harbor outlet.
The staff here was very friendly and exchanged my online item without any fuss or trouble. I liked their professionalism and the way they took care of the customer.
I would shop here again if I am nearby.

I can’t say enough how much I love Carter’s! This location at the Harbor has the Osh Kosh connected to it! My child is still able to wear clothes out of this retail chain, so I was happy to go in and check it out! Found some really cool back to school gems at this location and was able to use my email coupons! The ladies working here were very nice and extremely personable! Will definitely come back to this location!
