Nice place Bryan gave me a really good haircut and shave and the facial was less expensive than I thought it would have been.

When I went to cut my hair the guy that cut my hair was great he followed through what I wanted for my haircut. I liked how during my haircut stopped to get my hair washed which I never had my hair washed whenever I got my hair cut

Come here and get your hair done by Rizza! I’ve never had my hair touched by anyone else, whether it’s getting dyed or cut. I only trust this girl and she never disappoints!

I bought 2 of these promos from a guy that went to my store and it was the WORST idea ever. Went to get my facial first a young did mine and it was not that bad but my moms (al older lady) was like 10 min and didn’t do the full service for her that you would regularly get when doing a facial. She made us pay a mandatory tip on the percentage of the service for both. Then my employee who also purchased one scheduled her apt and the day of her apt they said they never scheduled (when i was the one who schedule it over the phone) and made her feel stupid and only put a cream in her face.
I went back to my body scrub and and it was SUPER uncomfortable. Two people did it so they could finish faster, they pulled my undies all the way and graved ALL my butt, they they made me take a cold shower next door and they didnt let me know in advance so i could take my shower stuff, after this i never went back for the rest of my services.
Bad customer service, hard to schedule an apt, and they MAKE you pay a tip over the regular cost of the service you are getting wether you like their service or not. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I also bought a $ 45 dollar promo card. Went to get a mani and wasn’t pleased. You would think that from the pictures that they would be professional, but it was the worst mani I’ve ever gotten. There were many bubbles, little pieces of threads, and not even. My nails looked lop-​sided. On top of that, nail polish chipped off after the 2^nd day.
The lady also asked if I wanted to get my hair done. I said sure. And when my nails were done, she didn’t even talk to me or asked if I was ready to get my hair done. I said to myself, «screw it»… I might as well not get my hair done by this place if my nails are effed up, they might eff up my hair as well…
The promo also states that «complimentary drink» will be provided… There were a good number of other promo ladies who came in and they too did not receive this «complimentary drink»…
It’s a waste of 45 dollars and waste of time. I wouldn’t even call it a deal, just a ripoff. I could get better nail service at another location.
The people are nice, don’t get me wrong. They just have bad business ethics.

Bought the $ 45 promo for 30 min body scrub and tub soak, facial, manicure, and hair cut. My appt was at 4, I got there 2 minutes late because you have to go through another random business to get to the back staircase that leads to the upstairs salon (which they forgot to advise when I set the appt) so i couldnt find the place till i called twice and someone informed me. Then, they don’t start my service until 4:35. My «30 minute body scrub and tub soak» was really 10 minutes, back only, followed by the lady telling me to take a cold shower in the bathroom next store. I was done by 4:54 for the entire process and so pissed and complained about the length to which she answered, «oh my timer must be off». The facial was better, but I was already so angry about how my experience was up until then that it was hard to enjoy it, but the girl that gave it was nice.
Must go back for the rest of my services, but not really looking forward to it. Especially since they included a mandatory $ 22 tip for the services I DID NOT enjoy. Do not recommend this place or that promo to anyone!
