Nice little shop to go for music lessons. I’ve observed mostly kids and teens taking lessons here, but it’s open to adults as well. I take piano lessons there as an adult and I’ve been having fun. They also offer guitar, voice, tuba, and a bunch of other types of lessons. The staff is friendly and they have a good selection of music books. It’s an incredibly easy walk from Natick Center.

5 stars for this little haven in Natick center! The music lessons, stuff for sale in the store and staff are all so helpful and supportive! We have been taking piano lessons there with Steven Higgs and couldn’t be happier with him! They offer a first rate, supportive environment for new and accomplished musicians! I highly recommend you stop by and check them out!

Out of the hundreds of music stores I’ve been to this is by far the worst. The customer service was horrendous. The salespeople were rude and acted like they knew it all and that I knew nothing and wasn’t worth their time. Their lessons are a rip off as they are conducted in the music stores where there are a lot of distractions and the teacher has to sometimes stop the lesson to help a customer. If I were a paying student I would not accept this very unprofessional behavior. Their books are priced higher than other local music stores and from the dealer themselves which can be purchased online.

Not bad… return policy is ridiculous though. No returns for any reason. Also not very responsive to phone calls. Books are overpriced. Can get the same books for half price most other locations.

Great little music store. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. I have been there to buy music and to attend open houses on art walk nights. I strongly recommend it if you are musically inclined and living in Natick.
