This fun and eclectic meeting place blurs the distinction between coffee house, music venue and restaurant/caterer. Known for its jovial atmosphere and laid back charm Café Coco is all this and much more.
Tucked within Elliston Place, Music City’s «Rock Block» the tables spill out onto the covered front patio, side veranda and Back Stage Bar stretching the boundaries of this old house.
Stop by in the morning for a classic New York breakfast and a cappuccino or dine all day or all night on a varied menu including personal pizzas, inspiring pastas, juicy burgers and leafy green salads then choose from the largest dessert selection in Nashville. Desserts like tiramisu, double chocolate cake, and various cheesecakes.
The coffee and beer options will keep you buzzing till late.
History
Established in 1995.
What started as a coffee house soon turned into a full fledged restaurant when the owner’s Aunt and Mother brought their decades of successful kitchen experience down from NY. Then Café Coco got very popular as a music venue that continually wins top three Best Open Mic in several local readers polls.

Business Owner
Café Coco is not about the owner, It has a vibe and energy that is a combination of being in Elliston Place, Nashville’s Rock Block, the great staff that has been here for decades and the unique, fun and eclectic customer base that appreciate a restaurant that does not have servers trying to turn tables. The food is obviously very good to because in the end you have to have great foods.
