I would love to give a positive rating but I never got a call back or an email reply after I tried to contact them numerous times. Poorly run operation and I wouldn’t want someone caring for my dogs if they can’t even return a call.

Barkstrom is the best. I can travel for business or pleasure and know that my dogs and cats are well taken care of in the comfort of their home surroundings — a huge piece of mind for me… Courtney is absolutely fabulous with my pets and caters to their every need while I am gone. In addition — she will bring in the mail and stage lights etc. She also makes sure that you get an email or text with the status of how your pet (s) are doing while you are gone. Courtney (Barkstrom) has years of experience in working with dogs– you could not leave your pets in better hands. I have known Courtney since I have gotten my dogs over 4 years ago — and I have been waiting patiently for her to launch Barkstrom and more importantly my girls (3 dogs) are happy about this too ., they love their Barkstrom concierge (Courtney)! You can’t go wrong in using this service — 5 stars!
