Manager

I am the lead role within the service department and currently oversee all day to day operational activity in the company. I spend most of my time in the field, either supervising installation projects, meeting with clients and vendors, performing diagnostics, or assisting the service department with call response and over the phone troubleshooting.

Walley’s crew is friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Recently I had a small oil drip not long after my annual cleaning. I called Walley and they scheduled a service tech to come to my house ASAP and fix the problem. Christian and Spencer are awesome!
Back in 2013 I had an HTP Superstor Indirect installed by Walley to replace an inefficient tankless coil. Walley’s quote was competitive and included a high quality circulator, larger diameter piping from the boiler, a cold start HydraLevel module, and new expansion tank. The other guys were more expensive and were planning to do a «good enough» install with far less upgrades.

Walley’s performed a full replacement on an aged outdoor package unit (combo AC and Propane Heat system) at our home in southern NH.
I garnered a handful of quotes from competing providers during the process. With Walley’s I cut to the chase they understood exactly what I wanted to do with the project.
They came in on the money and replaced the system like clockwork.
And their followup and organizational practices are near perfect.

These guys are always awesome. They were quick to respond to a request to follow up on home inspection items. They didn’t see anything wrong but made a few adjustments with the set up to satisfy anything that could come back. Worked with them multiple times and for the money, you get a tremendous value add.

Walley’s is a professional, friendly, and fair company. I had an issue with my AC unit and called them to take a look at it. Walley showed up on time, greeted me well, and was ready to tackle the job. He was very informative and explained ALL of my options, not just the most expensive ones. He did what he could and the job was very reasonably priced. I am going to need a new unit sometime in the nearer future as mine is approaching 16 years in age rapidly. This is an expensive investment and not only did he speak to me about an estimate so I knew what I was looking at, he gave me options that would potentially lower the price by a great deal. I will absolutely be calling them in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

After having issues with the last HVAC company I was dealing with, i called Walley’s after finding them on my A/​C units’ manufacturing site as a recommended local contractor. From the moment I called Walley’s, I felt comfortable in my decision to switch companies. Savannah answered all the questions I had, and set me up with an appt. Christian (the Dr.) was very friendly and knowledgable and explained everything he was doing, as he was doing it. The good, the bad, and the ugly… Any and all situations. Thankfully for us, it turned out not to be as bad as we thought. The price is the best, of all the companies (ok only 2 others but.) I’ve dealt with. They are my new Go-​To HVAC company! Extremely satisfied with Walley’s! See ya next year…

Amazing service and very prompt. This summer I had one of my AC units die on a Monday, and had them out by Friday to inspect it. After a full inspection, the HVAC contractor walked me through what he checked, and provided very easy to understand options, as well suggestions. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to ensure that I comfortably understood his explanations on the root causes.
I ended up ordering a new unit that was hard to find, due to the model being discontinued. I had the new unit at my house and installed in a little under 3 weeks, which was very impressive. I got a call 3 days before the installation, that morning, and right before the installers were to arrive. The HVAC installers were fast, courteous, very knowledgeable, and even pointed out another minor issue in my HVAC system, just for a heads up.
As far as the services I’ve needed at my house over the last 3yrs, this has been the best experience yet, and a great price. I will use them again with any HVAC, or furnace needs in the future, with out a second thought!

Over the summer during a heat wave my central air went out and I needed someone in a hurry. Wallys provided excellent and quick service. Then in the fall, my furnace needed replacing and Wally’s took care of it with fast, friendly service. Their follow up is excellent! They kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of the services they offer.

Walley’s installed a new furnace, A/​C coil and condenser and hot water heater within 2 days. They were very professional, prompt and respectful of my property. They covered the furniture and carpet as well as their shoes. They were very patient and agreed to install a furnace that I had researched that they normally don’t install. They are very customer service oriented. I almost went with a company that has been around for 21 years, however, I did not receive the quality of service and follow-​up that I did with Walley’s. Walley Jr., who works in sales, as well as the installers were all very professional. The owner, Walley, Sr., is hands on and came by to help the installers. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for future maintenance.

Had my coil go bad on my cooling unit so I called a couple of places. When I called walley’s I was really sold on them doing the job. They went through all the details and explained what would be involved with the job. Price was slightly higher than my other quote, but for the difference I got piece of mind that I got a great job done.
