PROS: We had a marvelous experience buying a new dining room table and 12 chairs. Our saleswoman, Fatima Demorais, was warm, patient, informed, gave us great insights concerning the different woods and fabrics and was totally a delight.
CONS: None! Ask for Fatima for amazing service.

The place had a great selection of leather couches. Custom fabric options were pretty sick! I ended up grabbin a sweet Lane couch. I absolutely love it and the price beat the other local furniture stores. I’ll be back soon enough for the rest!

Well, I can’t really contribute much to the other reviews. Cheap feeling stuff, some of which didn’t work, for relatively high prices. The staff was, in fact, a bit zombie-​ish and everything seemed the same.

We felt like we were being followed by a walker from The Walking Dead.
Get it together — NO ONE likes being followed around by a sales rep. Every time I looked over there he was… Walking slowly, thinking he was keeping his distance like we wouldn’t notice. Leave me alone creeper! Worst experience ever!

WASTE OF TIME! The staff is a bunch of morons. I went in there to look at a sectional and asked about the Made in America discount they were offering and I was told I couldn’t use that because the Sectional I was looking at was not «Made in America» …I told him yes it was, he said no it wasn’t…I went on my iPhone to find it and there it was «made in America»…then my husband found it written right on the sectional. Then the salesman finally said «OK, maybe it was, I didn’t think it was». So… he argued continuously with us until we had to prove ourselves right not once but twice and we never even got an apology! I would absolutely NEVER buy from this store. To the manager of this store… Let your salesman know how important personality is in this business. Word of mouth goes very quickly nowadays, whether good or bad.
