Selection is good, but would expect better customer service. I have no interest in whatever conversations the cashier is having with someone on the other side of the store — an occurrence that remarkably occurs nearly overtime I come to the store. Something had to have changed recently as this did not used to be the case. A helpful hint: Instead of yelling to your coworkers, acknowledge and speak with your customers who are standing right in front of you.

My God, what a horrid place. One person who worked there was sort of helpful. Everyone else seemed to be busy making life difficult. I couldn’t even get to the gin because the employees were moving things around and blocking the aisle(and not caring… except for the one helpful guy). Instead of answering a question about how much something cost, the cashier, who was more interested in her conversation with a coworker(I had to interrupt just to get her to look at me), just rang up the bottle. And the selection certainly didn’t make up for the service. Go to Ardmore.

Parking situation is awful, and the store is poorly lit, but has a very good selection. Art lines the walls which is a nice touch.

Good selection of wines and liquers. A little overpriced compared to what other stores sell the same wine for though. Good location right in the center of Narberth and easy to find anything I was looking for.

In my continuing tour of PLCB wine stores, I rate them against each other, not the rest of the world. They fail miserably when compared to premium wine stores in other states. Narberth’s store is clean and nice, larger than some, particularly Wayne and Devon, smaller than others. Their temperature-controlled room is big but the selection isn’t as good as some others. And they didn’t have the wine I was looking for, even though I searched the website for it. I have now learned to call ahead!
