I’ve purchased kegs and many cases from this place but they are clearly not focused on customer service. After being ignored by 2 employees(owner and son) when I asked about a limited run beer which other places are selling for $ 8 less a case the rep stated the price and said«well do you want it or not?». I will over pay for a good experience however today was the last time I’ll ever deal with those guys. Remember if you create a wonderful customer experience people don’t mind paying but when you act like you’re the only game in town they will not.
