I was displeased with how Walgreens’ pharmacy handled my speciality prescription. First I was told it would take 2 days, last I was told it would be ready in April.

No. Just no. Instead of vaccines for shingles or whatever the monthly flavor … Please get these people vaccines filled with intelligence.

It’s difficult to pick a star rating for this comment. We pulled in early Sunday monring with the idea of buying a few bathroom items like shampoo and makeup, but were surprised to see the graffiti next to the drive-in Rx window: «For all your addiction needs» in block, black letters. The media’s full of news about oxycontin and other over-prescribed Rx which continue to be the bane of many lives. But in pristine Naples — where muni zoning doesn’t allow funeral homes or cemetaries inside City limits —(whut? Nobody dies in this mecca for old people?) — it looks like someone has had it with the Rx industry and the people feeding it. I’d also bet good money that there’s a personal loss somewhere in the back story of this scrawl. I also expect that Walgreen’s will paint over this macabre message just as handily as the City of Naples outlawed the death business inside it’s sunny Pollyanna limits.
