Was driving through Naples on our way to Ft. Lauderdale and stopped for a quick bite. Was totally impressed with the depth and breadth of the menu. They have a lot of fancy/trendy options but we stuck to the Mexico City«street style» tacos with just meat, onions, cilantro, and salsa with lime. The al pastor was super, and the grilled shrimp was da bomb. Be sure to ask for the spicier green salsa verde — unbelievable!

This place has come a long way since they were first opened! Place was packed! Plenty of chips and Salsa that were pretty good! I also had some tacos that were good but they need to work on there sauces that come with them! Also a friend had a quesadilla that she asked for a few things left off that all got ignored or lost in translation! The Elote Corn on the cob was delish!

Had a great dinner there tonight. Place was busy but the Margaritas at the bar held us over as we waited for our table. All three of us loved the tacos and the spicy margaritas.

Stopped there today for lunch! Great little place, almost all tables where filled. I had the California tacos with grilled chicken and they tasted great. The décor of the place was stunning — like the place and recommended to my friends.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Based on previous reviews we were expecting a much better experience. Place looks authentic Mexican except for the blaring country music. Bathroom stunk like an outhouse. Queso dip tasted like a microwaved bowl of cheez-wiz. Food was very bland, definitely not authentic Mexican food. more like a kichen built around a few microwaves and freezer with prepackaged ingredients. Service was good and price was fair.

Love this place! From the salsa, to the tacos! Margaritas. Service is always great. Even sitting outside on a chilly night is pleasant with the heaters. We visit here almost once a week and have not left disappointed yet. My suggestion, try the Cheeseburger Taco but ask for it crispy! Yum!

Was traveling in Naples for an event and friends of ours suggested we stop at Tacos and Tequila Cantina(TNT) for some good eats and great margaritas. It was a late day that we had and we arrived there around 9:45PM with a large group. The fresh chips and salsa kept us satisfied as we sipped our margaritas and waited for our Tacos to arrive. I highly recommend the Organic Skinny Margarita. It was very tasty. The menu has some great choices for tacos and I love that you can order them a la carte and try a couple different ones out. I had the Philly Taco and my husband had Grandma’s Taco and the Buffalo Taco. By far my favorite thing we ate were the Elotes(Mexican street corn). It came two ears to an order and they were very tasty and worth the money! I would definitely go back again when we are in Naples. Negative points: They close at 11PM and without warning we missed«last call» for drinks and food. The service was a bit slow.

Hooray! Good Mexican food in Naples! And good margaritas to boot! We waited a long time for a server, but then when someone finally noticed that we had not been helped, the service was outstanding. The garden taco is delicious, as is the firecracker shrimp. The Baja Fish taco fried, was OK — just ok. Yummy chips and salsa, and The guacamole is delicious(I make a mean guacamole, so my standards are high). The décor is beautiful and tasteful. What’s not to love(other than being a 40 minute drive for us)? Tacos and tequila for me… again and again and again please!

Great Mexican food. Everything is fresh and unique. Marg list is awesome but could use better craft selection on the draught side. This is my go to Mex place in SWFla.

I’ve been here too many times to count. Love this bar. Sadly I’ll be moving from here and won’t be anywhere close. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Great food and the people that work here are amazing. Creative taco selection, and great enchiladas. I will miss coming here all the time!

It’s great when simple equals great. This place is very simple, in all aspects, but it’s great all the way around. It’s in a strip mall but that makes it easy to find. Feel free to order anything, it’s all good-i haven’t had everything but can vouch for it LOL

Food was really good. Starts with pretty good salsa and chips. We had guacamole which was really good as well. They bring the salsa in a mason jar and you pour it as you need it. Enchiladas were awesome, not dry at all. Tacos are ordered separately to mix and match. Tried carne asada(slightly dry but good) t&t chicken which had fried chicken and as really good, and the South American with short ribs which was the best. Overall, the place was very nice and a great environment. Much more modern than most places. Definitely recommend.

Wow, this is the best bar/restaurant in Naples. Sarah the manager is wonder. Boney the Bartender is outstanding and attentive. Tidwell is knowledgeable on the food and drinks. Plus he offered the best flan for dessert. Billy topped it off by a fond Farwell and come again soon.

$ 5 individual tacos. Many margarita choices. Friendly bar area & family friendly dining area On this rainy summer day, the row of high top sidewalk tables were available. Two couples were there, under the covered walkway, with their leashed yet forbidding chihuahua. Perfect, atmospheric quick lunch.

Drinks(when consistent) were good, not great. Food was pretty good. Only issue is that«tacos and tequilla», albeit a great combo, is a stale concept and there are people out there doing this equally as good for the same price or less in a restaurant or at home. The only real issue with the evening was our service. 6:00 sat down at table, ordered our first bite of food at 7:20 after 3 check ins with management(which handled it fairly well). Server was an amateur at best, and, incredibly rude! She had no business taking care of clients. 3 of the same margarita were ordered and all three came out different shades of pink ~ she then had the nerve to give a serious attitude when they were sent back, after the she said«I’m not sure what’s wrong with them but here you go!» Bottom line ~ food good, drinks good, service no bueno ~ not a great value. I can serve myself at taco Ardiente or a food truck with an extra $ 30 in my pocket and be equally happy… overall a let down as I had the highest hopes.

We ordered guacamole to start off. It was missing something. Garlic, I think. It was ok, but that’s about it. The salsa gratis was good, but it was the watery variety. Tasty, but made in a blender. When we sat down, a couple of us ordered waters. 30 minutes later, and reminding the waiter FOURTIMES, we still had no water. It took a FIFTH reminder and a snarl to get friggin’ water. My burrito was much smaller than I expected. It was good, and turned out to be just the right size. Either that or I had already filled up on guacamole and salsa. Actually, I KNOW I had already filled up on guacamole and salsa because it took the food sooooo long to reach the table. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. My margarita was weak, to say the least. It was from a mix, and I couldn’t detect any alcohol at all. Slow, poor, service, so-so food, and weak drinks mean I won’t be back.

On a quest to confirm the truths of Tacos and Tequila Cantina, this sojourner found herself in quite a complex world. The wonderful surprise of this thing that’s sweeping the nation — BOGO margarita drinks — set the stage for some serious chowing down. With a menu of tacos a la carte, led me to stumble across the huevos rancheros because we all know that fried eggs make every meal sexy. Just say it: «Huevos Rancherrros». Right? Order it with chorizo, and it’ll be a wonderful Mexican smörgåsbord of everything you expect to be in a Mexican dish. With a colorful casual atmosphere, they have great daylight peeking in to highlight all of the lovely textures and colors on the wall and furniture. The patio is where it’s at. Although it looks out onto a parking lot, people walk by and wish they, too, could have what we have as they pick up their Chinese takeout. Some of my company did not have a great experience with their food because the tacos were a little on the dry side, but the Shiner Bock almost made up for it. The concept of a la carte tacos were not favored because adding a small portion of beans and rice tacked on another six bucks. My husband had the chile rellenos and I had some leftovers. Those were definitely spot on and super cheesy. I do have to say that the superstar of my meal were the elotes. Two ears of corn coated in a deep pop of flavor and cheese stole my heart. I would have just been happy with my two mango margaritas and two ears of corn and Tacos and Tequila Cantina would have come out a huge winner. All in all, I do have to say that this is a great addition to the King’s Lake Plaza. Hopefully it gains a new kind of traffic and attraction to the east side of Naples. The jury’s still not out on the chicken and fish tacos. But go for the margaritas! I mean NOW! 23 – 2015
