Get the steak or pork beats the heck out of Taco Bell id stay away from taco pizza they don’t cut it for you

I ordered 2 crunchy taco meal. The flavor was just ok. I took it to go and by the time I had gotten home all of the taco stuffing had fallen out. Would’ve been nice if the tacos we wrapped in aluminium foil so that this wouldn’t happen.

Closed on Sundays! I just found this out :/
Cheap quesadillas, tortas, sopas and other Mexican food. I particularly enjoy the chicken tacos. Good place to run to when feeding large amounts of hungry men or people with the munchies.

Taco meat was greasy and tasteless. Taco salad was served on bed of tortilla chips. The big positive was a good selection of beers.

I need my taco ardiente fix once a week. I have only had the chicken tacos, but let me tell you… they are delicious and cheap. This location is way better and cleaner then the one on pine ridge and is open late. It’s fresh fast food.

The food is inexpensive and yummy! My husband and I order take out from here often. The Tacos are great and the hubby loves the California Burrito. I wasn’t so keen of the nachos and cheese, it was more like nacho cheese that comes out of a can… but everything else has been really great. The employees are really nice too!

I came here on a whim and just hungry for mexican food… and I was SOOOO pleasantly happy from start to finish! A small hole in the wall with the best tasting food I have had in a very long time! Home made salsa to die for and the best chicken chimi I have had in years! Cheap, authentic and just overall wonderful!

Good, fast and tasty. The tacos were generous and the salsa appetizer was fresh.

Nothing special. Below average Mexican food. Meat was dry, salsas lacked flavor etc.

The food is good, but be careful of the staff adding a tip to your total charge. This happened to me 2 times without knowing. A friend of mine mentioned he had a tip added to his total charge and called the police. There isnt much the police can do since they add a$ 1-​$ 5. Make sure you ask for a receipt and if you do not add a tip — put a slash or cross off the tip amount so they cannot add it after you leave.

Somewhat recently, this «fast food» Mexican restaurant went to a new location… and seemingly also underwent a menu makeover.
FOOD
Having gone to the former location many times (also formerly known as Taco Caliente), I remember NOTHING. It was lifeless, flavorless, textureless…
The food at the «NEW» Taco Ardiente has more flavor: the meat and corn are crushed by overuse of seasonings… yummy in a cheap way, but thus making it less «authentic Mexican» and more difficult to taste the freshness. Burritos seem more stuffed and there’s a great variety of taco stuffings.
SERVICE
Whoever is at the counter always appears bored, but at least they are responsive and quick.
SUMMARY
Not authentic, but in a land where any Mexican food is hard to come by, definitely give this place a try. Especially for the low prices.
