Kilwin’s

The novelties sold inside here was arguably the best feature in my opinion. The ice cream was ok. The energy level inside was very good. The staff overall was consistent and welcoming.

I always eat too much at Kilwin’s and always make a point to put regret aside before I walk through the front door. It’s worth every calories consumed and worth the long lines too.
The homemade waffle cones are perfect and you can mix two flavors in the single cone or cup. The fudgie brownie is divine and the Naples mud is a classic!

In a word, yum! Why else would you stand in line? I had chocolate fudge cashew (or something like that) and it was delish.

Home styled ice cream delicious and authentic. I ordered the butter pecan ice cream and it was good and very flavored. Many varieties to choose from and courteous staff. However, for the price is a bit higher than the ordinary and for this location the system was down therefore, they only accepted cash. Staff could’ve notified customers prior to ordering as we have to take out cash at the ATM which was inconvenient. Overall okay experience.

Great quality ice cream, good fudge and friendly service. We stopped here after the fireworks on NYE, the line was out the door but moved pretty quickly. It’s nice that they give you samples if you’re not sure of a new flavor. The little seating area outside is nice

So, I am a later in life lactose intolerant. Not to the point of death, but to the point of tummy thunderstorms once my GI tract’s dams have been breeched — however, as I got to spend my youth gorging myself on the finest of dairy, ice cream remains one of my favorite treats, despite any resulting discomfort — and I can safely say that after paying my dues in the Kilwin’s line (at least 10−15min, regardless of the time of day) — whether you can take dairy like a champ or find it doesn’t mesh so well with your body, Kilwin’s is worth consuming en masse as it’s some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted.
Unlike Adelheidi’s Gelato Caffe a bit down the street, which is also quite respectable (though in a bougier way), Kilwin’s stays mostly old school with flavors — strawbs, chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, superman (which, ps is one of the most mysterious flavors to me as not much abt flouro yellow, pink, and blue swirls makes me think of our flying hero), rocky road, mudslide, peach, coconut fudge, peanut butter, chocolate chip, mint chip, etc — I can’t remember them all and they don’t have a list online — but, I think they offer around 20 flavors of that sweet cream shizz and one sorbet. It’s not fancy — nary a lavender scented Early Grey or a brown butter carob chunk in sight — but it is pure creamy, smooth seduction.
Oh, and if you’re not feeling the frozen vibe, they also have heart healthy options such as 8 – 10 types of fudge (I highly rec the decadent cocoa-​y double chocolate and the nutty, smooth chocolate peanut butter), a plethora of caramel apples (nuts, sprinkles, cookie bits, etc), and other chocolates — covered homemade marshmallows, rice krispie treats, dipped dried fruit (orange peel reigns supreme, but they also have peach, mango, etc), pretzels, malt balls, non-​pareils, and just to round it out, hella types of salt water taffy — honestly a dentist should stand by the door handing out business cards and see his bottomline triple overnight.
Portions are bountiful — a single scoop (which is really equivalent to 2.5 normal scoops) is $ 4 – 5 — they have homemade waffle cones (hit the choco dipped for all-​star status) — and an array of sundaes — if you feel like you haven’t made enough good decisions in one day, you cannot go wrong with anything with more hot fudge sauce — and I think these clock in around $ 6 – 8, though I don’t quite recall. Overall, well worth the wait. Go. Now.

You can get two flavors half/​half on one scoop. Yep. You can. You’re welcome. This is a dream if you’re indecisive and are someone that likes to eat everything, like me.
The line was out the door, but moves quickly. I watched as most people walked out with a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough and a scoop of mint chocolate chip… and I’m sure both are delicious, but I nom to the beat of my own drum.
Got half New Orleans Pralines Pecan and half of their homemade Mackinaw Island Fudge ice cream. MMM MMM. So creamy and delicious — I love when my ice cream has little bits of crunchy and nommy chewy goodness in it.

Great selection of flavors, and good quality ice cream. The scoopers did a good job at keeping the line moving which is never easy in a busy ice cream shop that lets you try the flavors.

If your in town you have to pass by Kilwins, the Ice cream is so delicious and plus they have a bunch of extras like decadent chocolates, a bunch of candy along with fudges and candy apples I can just go on and on about this place. Everyone is so nice and cheerful really brings out the humbleness of this shop. I love coming here with my Husband and Family and we have made it a tradition.
You can walk around the shop and watch make the candy apples and chocolates and there is a cute patio outside as well where you can sit snd enjoy the view.

I have to stop here every time I’m in Naples! Best ice cream and they have fresh made waffle cones. Mmmmm. It’s a little pricey but worth it. I always get the New Orleans praline pecan– so good! They also have fresh made chocolates, candy apple, fudge and more. I tried the chocolates in the past and these were good too.

I rarely give 5 stars, but every one is earned and well deserved for this joint.
Crispy crunchy waffle cones with salty sweet salted caramel and New Orleans Praline goodness… These are just two of the many flavored I have tried, and all have been wonderful.
My mouth is watering thinking about this cool creamy concoction!!!

Complete Rip-​Off. $ 5 for 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup! $ 15 for 1 scoop in a waffle bowl and 1 scoop in a waffle cone!

I love coming to Kilwins everytime I come down to Naples. When I go, I usually get a cup of Mint Chocolate Chip, topped with hot fudge and oreo bits. I really enjoy Kilwins, however, the line is the one thing that I wish was different. It is always so long, but I can see why, being that Kilwins is such a popular spot for people who enjoy delicious, homemade ice cream!

Aufgrund der langen Warteschlangen vor der Eisdiele haben wir uns am letzten Abend auch dazu hinreißen lassen und uns in der Schlange mit eingereiht.
Was für eine Enttäuschung.keinem von uns vieren hat die Kugel Eis zu je 6 $ geschmeckt. Einzig die Waffel ist okay. Jedes Eis bei Aldi ist besser!
Ein guter Eismacher aus Italien könnte hier die Warteschlangen verzehnfachen

The ice cream is really good. This is good quality and the type where you don’t have to add a bunch of toppings. The many flavors they have should be enough to satisfy.
Now, I will say the lines are pretty long, but would you rather wait in line for good ice cream, or have no line for crappy ice cream. Sort of the novelty of it.

OMG! Im not sure but I may have orgasmed in my pants while here! The weirdest part about that is because Im actualy allergic to chocolate and nuts but I was just blown away the selection, I mean come on! Look at those pics!
I got the vanilla fudge along with the brown sugar fudge. A relative got the rocky mountain funge and toffee chocolate. Pure bliss!

The first time I walked in, I smelt the delicious, fresh waffle cones bring made. This of course brought my whole family and I in.
From what I have tasted in this shop, the ice cream is delicious. I 100% recommend cappuccino chocolate chip. Also, the location of this place is perfect: right on the main drag. However, I give Kilwin’s a four star review because of the fudge I had that was dried up and was definitely not as fresh as it could have been. Still love you, Kilwin’s!

They’re so evil here… blowing all of that delicious smell out onto the street so we have no choice but to come in. I love it! Yes, this is a chain, but who doesn’t love waffle cones? I got my Blue Moon and I was happy! :).
Everything looked so good, and waiting in line for 20 minutes was worth it. Mmmm mmmm!

I had the chocolate chip in a waffle bowl. The ice cream and cone were very very good but it was a bit expensive, on par with a cold-​stone in price except without any toppings etc.

I love kilwins and whenever im in a city that has one I know for certain I will be stopping in!
fudge brownie or plain chocolate are my go to flavors! and the small seems so big when I get it and then its never enough by the time im done, bc im left wanting more!
my husband had the vanilla with hot fudge and whipped cream and it was the best vanilla either of us has ever tasted! so creamy and thick.
prices are kinda steep but well worth the quality!
ps — toasted coconut is a total hit as well!

Probably the most expensive ice cream I’ve ever seen, but my one large scoop of Naples Mud was delicious. Fresh, light, and creamy, it worked very well with the chocolate-​dipped sprinkle waffle cone.
The interior was clean, bright, and spacious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of flavors. We had a dairy-​allergic family member, but even they were able to have a treat among the available sorbets. The employees weren’t the most smiley bunch, but they were patient with us 7 family members and efficiently got us the correct orders.
There is seating immediately outside the shop, and we were able to snag two tables in the early afternoon; however, I imagine this place can get crowded. The area is pedestrian-​friendly with lots of nice, high-​end shops.

Sehr gute Schokolade mit allem was dazugehört. Für jeden Süßen ein Paradies. Die Einstufung auf günstig ist aber nicht korrekt, was bei diesem Angebot auch nicht verwundert.
