We offer a welcoming friendly staff and home away from home feeling. We have over 40 years experience in customer service and a knowledgeable local staff. Our large center gardens are a great place to spend time with family and friends and enjoy the Florida sun while using the gas grills, shuffle board court and oversized swimming pool. Come and enjoy our famous homemade chocolate chip cookies and French Vanilla cappuccino.

History

Established in 1966.

Our two original one story buildings were built in 1966 and our two story building was added on in 1983. The 3 buildings surround a beautiful tropical garden which feature our swimming pool, gas grills, shuffle board court and garden pavilion. Our current owner purchased the property in August of 1998.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are super clean and tiled all the way through. The staff is very helpful– they set our key under the mat because we arrived after the office closed. The pool is well kept and the pool deck is also very clean. My children loved it and the hotel is very pet friendly. Plus, the office will give you free cookies for the kids, as well.

This was an older but well-​maintained motel. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with palms and other tropical vegetation. They serve a nice complementary breakfast of fruit, bagels, and Danish in a gazebo-​style pavilion nestled among a lush tropical garden. The room was nicely decorated but the bathroom showed its age, though it was clean.
The only odd thing about this motel is that it has a rather odd policy of requiring EVERY guest (not just the one paying) to show a picture ID such as a drivers license. I fail to see the purpose of this. I have stayed at hotels and motels across the country for 45 years and have NEVER encountered a motel or hotel that requires EACH guest to show their ID. This is common in Europe, where each guest much show their passport, but never in the United States, until now. I hope the owners see this review and provide an explanation.

We stayed here for a couple of days for my birthday weekend of fun. Needless to say Naples wasn’t very fun but this little inn was awesome. We got the deluxe suite with a full kitchen, 2 queen beds and a pull out and it was so spacious. The inn was super quiet, the employees were awesome and this exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was not the best though, its mostly Danishes and bagels but definitely will be staying here when i come back to the west coast.

Brings back memories when motels were owned and operated with love. It shows here. This place is established, been in Naples a long time. Still thriving because they keep up with the large grounds, rooms, pool, furniture, etc.
Free wifi and pets allowed without deposits required. Frig, microwave, all you need plus more like free cookies and popcorn.
Tip: $ 55 a night for a studio rocks. Cheaper thru Priceline than their own website.
