Clean Air Management, Inc. was incorporated in 1988 to offer sampling, analytical and consulting services to building owners, contractors, property managers and others concerned with managing an asbestos risk. Clean Air Management, Inc. has since become a leader in indoor air quality testing and consulting services. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies, industrial facilities, lenders, insurance companies, government entities, major universities and hospitals. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Graduate of the University of Michigan with 28 years of experience in the field of indoor air quality. Board certified by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Indoor Air Quality Specialist (CIAQP) and by the ACAC as a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC). Former head of the Building Science Division at a large engineering firm and licensed builder. IICRC trained and certified in mold remediation, odor and water damage restoration. Certified as a Level 1 infrared thermographer. Trained in structure drying, Radon testing, Legionella control, industrial hygiene, and as a NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (Duct Cleaning). Also certified as an Asbestos Building Inspector, Asbestos Management Planner, Asbestos Supervisor and Project Designer. A State approved environmental trainer with a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Training. He has performed over 1500 indoor air quality inspections, provided litigation support and has testified as an expert witness.
