Our staff includes a licensed psychotherapist, massage therapists, a consulting ND, and a Quantum Energetics Practitioner.

We also have one of the few full spectrum infrared saunas with near, mid and far technology. Science has proven positive results for those suffering with chronic pain. Infrared saunas also help with weight loss, skin health, circulation issues, detoxification, blood pressure management, and relaxation.

History

Established in 2012.

The AHA! story began in 1977 when Director and Founder Cindy Carfore graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and began working in hospital labs in both Michigan and California.

Life turned when Cindy developed Chronic Fatigue in 1985. While suffering from this for years without noted improvement, her mother, Luella Carfore, became ill with cancer. Cindy became her care taker for two years before Luella died in 1998.

In December of 2000, she was healed from Chronic Fatigue by Quantum Energetics. This experience, and that of caring for Luella, created a desire to begin a foundation providing complementary medical care to those suffering with cancer. AHA! is the first step to making that dream come true.

Cindy is now a consulting Naturopathic Doctor. She is thrilled to be able to bring together a variety of complementary options for health and wellness under one roof.
