Welcome to TDH Mechanical, a family-​owned company offering 3 decades of experience that is committed to providing an enjoyable service experience for you. All of us at TDH Mechanical love what we do, we take our job personally. Each person on our staff of 20 is handpicked by owner Tim Hancz. All of our work is done by our staff, we do not subcontract work to 3^rd parties. Sometimes heating and cooling issues are straight forward, and sometimes they are the only the tip of the iceberg. We always prepare the immediate and obvious problem, but always carefully look at all parts of your system. This will be our approach on sales or service calls. Heating and cooling systems are complex with many distinct parts they get installed, repaired at different times. We are accurately aware of this at all time.

Business Owner

Raised in the plumbing and heating trade. Tim has been involved in thousands of projects over the years. Everyday is different and his job varies from operations, design and sales. The days go quick! Tim loves to hang out with his son Greyson. He also enjoys cooking and attending bulls games. Tim really enjoys living on a small farm (have cattle, chickens, quail and a horse) and all the simple life it brings.
