I am a very frequent customer at this Sarpinos.
Pros:
free delivery
Delivered reasonably quick
Calzones are amazing. I mean amazing.
Cheese bread is amazing
You acrew points with each purchase that after a while give you money off.
Cons:
Delivery drivers are bad drivers and whip through my neighborhood recklessly
Pasta is not worth the money
I’ve had better pizza from other delivery places.
I get the Alfredo chicken calzone just about every week. Definitely recommend trying it.

Tonight was the first time I tried this place. Heap of a mess. Very poor ingredients, very bland flavor. Won’t be ordering again.

I was worried after reading reviews of late deliveries. I had a Birthday party for my son and expressed concern about late delivery upon ordering. Glad to say my order arrived 10 min ahead of scheduled time and was spot on perfect. The kids loved the pizza and asked for 2^nd and 3^rd helpings. They cut the pizzas into 16 triangles for the kids and squares for the parents as I asked. I would definitely recommend Sarpinos to anyone that needs great tasting pizza and delivered on time. The parents really enjoyed the veggie pizza without pineapple.

So bad shipments system, I order third time, they are always late for one hour, it wasted my time. Also, no weather problems but they did not apologize and told me did not receive my order? Are you kidding? And the chicken wings made me sick, I had stomachache after I ate that

This was my first try — I ordered online and got the delivery in time. But was not at all impressed with the pizza. I had asked for a well done — which I didnt see my pizza to be. The cheese that I specified was ricotta and felt that the only cheese in the order was mozzarella. The pizza seems to be oily — not sure adding garlic butter to the pizza meant that you get only that on the pizza — plus it didnt even smell like garlic butter — felt like oil. The side sauce on the order looked like «Jalapeño Ranch» and what I got was marinara — which i sincerely hate.
The only two good things that I could say about the experience was that the pizza was hot when delivered and the variety you offered was good. Sadly for that amount I would have ended up getting an extra large from any competitive chain.
There is merit in getting back to your customer to ask for changes required if you don’t have the necessary ingredients rather than stuffing whatever you have on the pizza.
Thoroughly disappointed and not sure would try it again ever.

Placed order. got a confirmation email… an hour passes and no delivery, So I called and they told me the order was just placed, I complained and told them that I placed it an hour ago and have proof, an email confirmation from them. Their solution was to simply cancel my order, instead of apologizing and rushing my order for immediate delivery. Not cool.

I usually buy my pizza from branches around villa park, tonight I made an order for pick up, when we went to pick out order the lady was using her bare hands to put the pickled jalapeño, NO GLOVES ! And she just put in the pizza box NOT IN A PLASTIC CUP as always
In addition to that I ordered the pizza and modify it to not have SALSA, but still she puts Salsa. I’m not trying this branch again

They decided to stop making deliveries when the snow started, which I can understand. What I can not understand is still taking online orders for delivery, charging my card, sending out a confirmation email, and then not even bothering to call the customer to tell them you won’t be making their food. I waited an hour and a half and finally called them, only to be informed we would not be getting dinner. The man on the phone was not the least bit apologetic, and was very hesitant to give a refund (for food that they hadn’t even made!). Terrible customer service, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

The pizza wasn’t that great, I felt like neither the bbq or buffalo chx tasted like what I thought it would. Could be totally about preference though!

My favorite thing from here is the cheese bread. So good! Considering the late hours this place is open and the free delivery I can’t complain… much ;). We have never had a problem with rude people that work here unlike other places. Tonight was a little let down though. They didn’t give me any pepperoni. Just tons of sauce with cheese pizza and barely any olives/​peppers… ewww! Next time they best get me a stick of pepperoni! Honestly the pool of wetness under everything concerns me, as I take another bite. It’s like my pizza is giving birth and I’m expecting little baby pizzas to start poppin out everywhere. Other then that…

First off this pizza was 1 hour late. Then they come and give me half my order. A manager on the phone hangs up on me because I told her what a terrible job they are doing. They told me they would only refund half my money because I received half my order. I gave the driver the money and she drove off with the money. Terrible Anya, Victoria, and Megan should all be fired. Terrible service… Never order from here after hours… Listen from someone who knows pizza it sucked … Will be calling corporate in the morning. Please save yourself the pain and order a real pizza from Lou Malnotis or Giordano’s … This place is terrible!!! If you order from here expect an experience… Like getting teeth pulled out at the dentist.

As a working, commuting mom of three, ages 5, 2, and 1, the family is never home earlier than 630pm. Trying to get dinner made, kids fed, baths, and in bed at a decent time is a challenge. I ordered Sarpinos online Tuesday at 430pm to deliver at 700pm. They showed up right on time, the food was delicious, and the kids were in bed 30 minutes earlier than every other night this past week. Kudos to Sarpinos for the easy online ordering process and coming through with great food. Makes a busy parent’s life much easier. Happy Mom, Happy Life!

the online system was so easy to use and had no problems ordering. The driver did have a little hard time finding my place but that’s not his fault since it is kind of hats to find but they delivered it within 30 mins which was amazing cuz I was staving. Ithe pizza was so delicious I almost ate the whole thing but had to stop myself. I plan on using sarpinos to cater food for my b-​day party next weekend. So glad I tried them out. I only wish I took a pic of the pizza.

The only stars are based on their late night hours and quality specials, which easily beat other pizza places in the area. Their hot wings are fantastic, and they offer discounts plus points/​freebies for ordering online, which is a great feature.
The bad? Calling in an order. They act like you’re bothering them when you call in to place an order. My family and I have been Sarpino’s customers since 2010, but you’re almost crossing your fingers that they don’t snap at you when you call to place an order. There are more options if you order online (you can choose free ‘sauces’ per items), plus you won’t have to deal with the front-​end staff. The owner’s wife «blacklisted» my address for delivery after criticizing them for putting me on hold and expressing frustration at their coldness towards «not being able to accept credit/​debit» at the time.
Recommendation: Order online, their hours and food quality is great. Stay away from management.
**This was my go-​to place for late night delivery, and it’s easily the best late night combo-​pizza place in the Naperville area, but the kicker for me is how quick they are to blacklist anyone criticizing them over the phone. Once you’re on the «list», you’re there for life… Be careful how you talk to the management, you might lose their unique, super late night delivery privileges, which truly sucks. Here’s to hoping that there’s a resolution.

This has been our ONLY go-​to, insta-​crave, end-​of-​a-​long-​day pizza delivery of choice for nearly 3 years!
We’ve never waited longer than 35 min, even for the largest orders. The pizzas are always well-​cooked, tidy, and appetizing. The ingredients always taste fresh. The crusts are always crispy on the outside and baked fluffy on the inside. Really no complaints!
My favorite pizza is the Sorrento Delight and my husband’s favorites are the Santa Fe Chicken, the Florentina, and the Pesto Lover! (The cheesy breadsticks are also an awesome snack.)
We will definitely keep ordering~~~

Whyyyyyyyyy?! Why do I continue the torture of dealing with this half ass pizza place??? Why? Because they have free delivery. And I am a cheapskate just like the owner of this franchise.
You’re order will be wrong 99.79% of the time, the pizza is greasy and unforgiving the next day, and please don’t order cheese on the breadsticks because that is wayyyyy to expensive of a cost to ownership! $ 1? Really?!
I’ve called corporate before and guess I’ll have to again but I’m not sure it is even worth my time since I’ll never eat at this hack pizza place again.
Sent my entire order back tonight. With the guy who came out for a second time with the wrong delivery for the second time. Just handed him the pizza, wings, non cheesy breadsticks and gas money and told sarpinos as a whole to kick dust.

I don’t understand all the crappy review, this place is good priced, great tasting pizza, and the delivery guy was super nice! He was! He called me when he was in his way and when he got here was very friendly I couldn’t be happier. And everything tastes great! I’ll defiantly order again!

I’ve been ordering from the North Aurora location for quite some time now through my old work, and one night I decided to order from home and the Naperville location is the one that delivers to my apartment.
Honestly, you’re going to have your ups and down with pizza places like this. One, it’s a chain, it’s to be expected. Two, their pizza is reasonably priced and they have free delivery, which of course is going to attract people. I’ve ordered from this location about 3 times now, and I think they’re A-​Ok. I’ve had much worse and I’ve had better.
I think what has been a saving grace for these guys is we’ve had the same delivery driver 2 out of the 3 times. He’s awesome and always careful with the pizza. The other delivery driver we had was also super thorough and called while he was on his way to make sure he had the correct address and directions. So, I think that’s part of the reason why we’ve had good experiences; delivery drivers are key.
In regards to the pizza, yeah this location isn’t as good with the amount of toppings as the North Aurora location. They’re a little stingy, which is unfortunate. Otherwise, the pizza is always solid. It’s exactly what I expect it to be every time. Fluffy crust, even cheese and toppings, and warm when we get it.
I mean, their online system is super convenient, you can get 10% off when you order online which usually takes care of the tax, and it’s free delivery. Who can argue with that?
Solid three for these guys. I will be ordering again, because hey, it’s convenient, decently cheap, and pretty solid quality.

1 star for being open late and for serving food… perhaps the delivery Drivers could come to my door and not expect Me to meet them at the car wth? This was the 3^rd time that this happened with this location. The food is OK AT BEST!, but when you are tipsy At 1am its an option. heck, maybe the only option in Naperville. still, I expect my «delivery driver» to deliver to My door… at the risk of a DUI or burning down my house I’ll probably order again…

I’ve been hesitant to try Sarpino’s for many reasons. For one, I’ve heard that it isn’t that great. Two, I am constantly receiving menus from them shoved in my door, which is super annoying. Three, the Unilocal reviews are quite a mixed bag. But I’ve grubhubbed every other pizza place, and I was getting tired of the same ol’ same ol’. So I browsed their menu, found an enticing ‘za, and ordered.
The pizza that caught my eye was the Midnight Express, which contains spicy ground beef, salami, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, jalapeño and red chili peppers. I love spicy and I love meat. So there’s no way this could be bad.
Their prices seem to be a bit higher than other pizza joints, but they don’t charge delivery, so I suppose that’s a fair trade off. Aside from pizza, you can also select wings, salads, sandwiches, calzones, and desserts (much like any other pizza joint). I did notice the abundance of sauces to choose from, which definitely sets them apart from the rest.
Their online ordering system is impressive, as you can easily select your meats, toppings, your preference of how the pizza is cut (pie or square), cooking instructions, sauce application, dipping sauces, etc. It’s almost overwhelming. Sarpino’s covers all the bases when it comes to customers creating their perfect pizza.
About twenty minutes after ordering, I received a friendly phone call from the driver stating that he was leaving and would be here shortly. I found that to be a very nice gesture. He was at my door five minutes after that. I had my order from start to finished in 20 minutes flat. I was amazed and thrilled, because I hadn’t eaten a thing ALL DAY. I couldn’t wait to devour this thing.
The pizza looked and smelled phenomenal. At first bite, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a bit greasy (due to the meats) but delicious. Every ingredient was detected, including the spicy jalapenos and red chili peppers. It was enough to make my nose run slightly and burn my lips, so this pizza met my approval, without a doubt. The sauce was good– not at all sweet. I ordered thin crust which would work for a standard one-​topping pizza, but for their gourmet or specialty pizzas, I would pick thick crust.
All in all, I gotta say I’m surprised by Sarpino’s. Sure, there are some better pizza places out there, but I’ve most certainly had worse. The delivery driver was super friendly, quick, and polite. The food was better than I expected. Three stars for now until I try more items.
