Very unprofessional. This dental office does not even deserve the 1 star. Here is what happened. Had went here a few times seem to have no problems at first. Then one appointment was made for my wife who was pregnant at the time and so she couldn’t have the 1 procedure that required Novocaine because it could complicate the pregnancy. So the doctor went ahead and performed all other procedures except for the one requiring Novocain. Then all of a sudden I learned that without our consent the doctor had performed another procedure to replace the one that required Novocaine, then we left the office with questions on our mind. So, later on, I called the office and got the lady receptionist and asked her very respectfully as to why this procedure was performed without our consent and why were we not informed? The reason we asked that was because maybe we thought that this procedure could have possibly waited maybe to save some money and we may have decided on to get that procedure performed on a later date. simple right?
The lady receptionist took it to her heart, got offended with that question and said that the doctor performed a «different» filling that was «all of a sudden» required to do. I said that is no problem at all, just that we would have liked to have been informed of the procedure before-​hand and see if we wanted to go through with it. After saying that, she responded with this… «well don’t worry about it» and hung up the phone.
We called back a couple of times to tell her that it would be fine with us and if we could move forward. The last phone call we made was about a month back and I phoned the dentist and got the same lady and i asked her to recall our situation, she responded by saying, «well you refused to pay for the procedure». I responded by saying, ma’am I never refused to pay, you hung up on me and said «don’t worry about it». In fact, I called to let you know we don’t mind paying the bill whatsoever, it was about informing us about the procedure. I went on to say we are happy to pay the bill please send us the bill. She said well let me speak to the doctor and we’ll get back to you.
We never received a call back from her or anyone from her office after repeated attempts by us to respectfully rectify the situation.
I would not recommend anyone to this dental office. We now have to go find another dentist and get another set of x-ray’s done.

I am terrified of Dentists and avoided going for a very long time. I finally decided that it was time for me to go to see if anything was wrong with my teeth. I went in for a cleaning and then had to go back the next week for deep cleaning under my gums. I can’t say that I enjoyed the experience but it certainly was not as bad as I was expecting. Erin the Receptionist called me the next morning to see how I was which I thought was great. I am now having a Crown done and had the first part done on Wednesday this week. It has all been a piece of cake compared to the Root Canal I had done in my twenties. Doctor Ulrich is a GREAT Dentist and everyone on his staff is wonderful. I have recommended him to both of my daughters and they have gone to see him and think that he is great as well. Now I have hardly any fear when I go to see him. Highly Recommended!!!
