Professional Mobile Detailing

This company is terrible. Done with them. We bought a Groupon, it was a gift from my husband for Christmas in 2014. They have rescheduled three times, each time cancelling day-​of with a pitiful excuse. Today apparently he was in a car accident. The second time the technician supposedly cut his hand loading up for the day. The first time he was sick.
When looking at the online calendar to reschedule, the next available appointment is months out. They have my number, but have never once bothered to call. Today’s appointment was for 11am, I checked my email at 11:15 and saw the cancellation email that came at 10:34am. At least today he suggested I try to get my money back from Groupon. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY.

I don’t know what the deal is with this business. Overbooked? Not enough employees? I’ve had appointments canceled 3 times now, maybe 4? One time was technically my fault, as I scheduled in the wrong region. But they don’t tell you that when you book a month in advance. They tell you the day of, canceling your appointment. Do they not understand that during the week, people are rearranging their days, likely work days to have this service done?
Seems I’m not the only one having this issue.
Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing the deal. This is just super annoying at this point. I purchased this 5 months ago!

I am updating my review, as they did finally show up on the 4^th time. The person that came out was Matthew (a Manager, not the owner). He was very professional, apologetic and did a wonderful job detailing my car. If this would have occurred from the get-​go, and none of the prior events occurred that I mentioned originally, they would have gotten 5 stars. However, I would unfortunately not recommend this company, due to the experience I had initially (the first 3 times!). I would give them a 2.5 at this point, however that is not possible, so I settle with a 2. Again — the detail was fabulous and Matthew, the Manager was great. However, the business model needs to be fixed so there is not continuous customer satisfaction issues. Improve your customer service and things will get better for you. Good luck.

The detailing I received was fine was happy with it, however the problem begins when while cleaning my rear window the guy knocked off the wire for the rear defroster, I called Matt and explained the problem, he then responded back by saying his guys didn’t do it and insinuated that it was done by me, then in further emails blames it on the product itself. Fine but it still takes someone to hit the wire in order for it to break Matt!!! He even started to insult me in an email by the condition that his techs (I use that term loosely) said my car was in «piggish» condition (totally untrue), In fact using there own before and after pic ive seen MUCH worse shaped interiors than what I have!!! RUN NOT WALK FROM THESE GUYS!!! This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with in my life, Always use a credit card to pay for services like this so you can dispute them if something happends I paid by check and it was cashed and see ya later by the end of the day

Go anywhere else! They don’t honor appointments, they expect you to be available earlier than your scheduled appointment or they will cancel you. You can’t leave messages on their phone. They won’t refund money when it’s their fault. Filing a complaint with consumer fraud division of the Attorney General’s office.

This business is a scam. I purchased a coupon for an interior and exterior detail in December 2014. Matthew has rescheduled the appointment five times since then. It seems he will wait till the morning of your appointment and sends out an e-​mail with an excuse. He has no intention of providing the services that he has been paid to do.

Purchased a Groupon to have our 7 year-​old SUV detailed at home for half price. We scheduled the service online (appointment times are 7am or 3pm). The first date was cancelled by the company as it was too cold. We rescheduled for 10 days later. The technician arrived late because he said the car before us was really bad. Because he was late, he said he probably wouldn’t be able to do as good a job because he would run out of light and offered to reschedule for two days later. I was ok with this, but pointed out that there were storms predicted for that day. He felt it wouldn’t be an issue.
The day of the detail he called at 12:15 to tell me he was getting an oil change but would be on his way after that. I got the impression he would get to my home before 3pm, but he did not. He asked about rescheduling again but indicated they were «pretty booked». I declined since I did not want to reschedule a third time and I told him about the weather prediction when we scheduled it.
He cleaned the car and it did rain a bit while he was doing it. He did a good job but there were a few areas he missed in the interior that I cleaned myself (crease of the seats, seat belt buckle, area between passenger seat and center console). I would not pay full price for this service based on my experience.
