I agree with the others who have review EcoClean Carpet Cleaning. We found them to be professional and friendly. They arrived on time and finished on time. I received a quote over the phone based on some requested details and the price did not change. We will gladly use them again and expect to use them in a couple of months for another area of the house. While the techs noted the carpet will be dry in a few hours, I expect it to take longer and assume it will take about 24 hours to be completely dry. That is the nature of carpet cleaning.

we chose the company based on the number of great reviews and even though the team that was working in our house was extremely nice, we were disappointed with the result. The carpet was wet even the next morning despite the fact it was cleaned around noon the day before. Over the phone we confirmed that furniture will be moved during the cleaning, but even floor lamps were not moved from their places. some small spots were removed but some spots still remain on the carpet. Rinse was not good enough, carpet felt as it was not being rinsed at all, as a substantial amount of white cleaning powder was collected by vacuum cleaner and it seems like there is still a lot of residue left in the carpet. Carpet area rug that was charged separately is just slightly cleaner that before with most of the stains still there.
Overall we are not satisfied with the result. we didn’t expect the carpet would be left in worse condition as if we would clean it ourselves with a rented machine.

Got a deep house clean done by Paul and his staff and experience was fantastic! From start to finish, Clare and Ashely did a wonderful job of cleaning based on the size of our house. They are very personable and make you the certain of attention and work diligently and very hard! Everything was shining before they left. Very courteous and most importantly they take care of your house like they do their house. Paul provides extreme flexibility and is available all the time to help answer questions. For those that want a deep house clean at a very good price Eco Clean is simply amazing!!! Highly recommended and will consider them for future services!!!

I chose this company for a carpet cleaning based on the reviews on Unilocal.I’m new to the area and didn’t know any reputable companies. I’m so glad I called. Paul took my information and provided a quote and set up the appt. I mentioned to him that I had just moved in and had boxes all over the place. He said no problem.
The morning of the appt I got a call a few minutes before the scheduled time from Tom to let me know he was running a few minutes late. It wasn’t a big deal, maybe 5 minutes late at most. When Tom arrived he walked the house with me so I could show him some urine stains from my dog who was having some medical issues recently which caused him to not be able to wait to go outside. Tom was really gracious about moving the boxes so the floors were clear. He vacuumed, sprayed their magic liquid, and steam cleaned three rooms, paying special attention to the stained areas.
Overall the experience was great. Tom did a really good job and was very courteous and professional. I will be calling them again for any future carpet cleaning jobs.

Alex and Tom did it again!
We first used Eco Clean because of a deal I purchased on Angie’s list last September. We were so incredibly thrilled with their level of cleaning our carpets, how friendly they are, not to mention the professionalism and reliability they posses, that we asked for them back now in the spring!
Paul, the owner is awesome to work with and does whatever he can with scheduling around your availability. I needed them last minute because of houseguests arriving within two days and sent Alex an Tom out to us the very next day!
They have very reasonable and low pricing for the excellent quality of carpet cleaning! Our dark and dingy carpets look like new again! I’ll definitely be using them every six months from now on!

EcoClean is at it again! I have multiple properties and I have used these guys many times! If you’re looking for reliable, on time, friendly and professional service call EcoClean. Just recently I used them 2 times within a week on 2 different houses and it was simply perfection. All of the equipment they use is top of the line and they are actually trained and certified in carpet cleaning. Hands down, the best in Naperville!
We were in terrible need of clean carpets. 2 cats and a new puppy had pretty much rendered them disgusting. I had used a different company at a previous residence and was less than thrilled with their work. I saw several places online that offered the same low budget price and offers as that company. It scared me a way. Thank God it did. I called EcoClean to set up a time. They were able to come next day. They showed up on time. Walked me through exactly what they were going to do different in the heavily soiled areas. It took a little longer as we need some extensive work done in a couple areas. After they were finished our floors looked brand new again. They did a phenomenal job on carpets that I thought might be beyond repair. I highly recommend these guys. They are a small family run company as well and I really felt like they operated on the principle that customer service is the most important thing they do. I had a pipe in my basement burst and spray water all over the place. I called EcoClean up and they came over and removed all of the water from my place and dried out my carpets. After everywhere was dry they sanitized and cleaned all of the carpets. They made the whole process as good as it could have been and I am glad I found such a professional and friendly company. Simply put, these guys are as good as it gets. We had an emergency situation and the first positive experience was the customer service we received. It so happens we got the owner (Paul?) and he obviously takes great pride in his business. When I first bought my house I had every intention to clean myself. Well I got a little over my head and luckily I had Ecoclean to help me. Not only did they clean my carpets and my home but they did it with such care and love that it was like I did it myself!
Paul and his team did an amazing job, my carpet looks brand new (which when I bought my home it had grease spots and ugly stains), my appliances are squeaky clean, and my bathroom is actually sparkling.
They worked quickly and efficiently so I did not have to worry about any jobs not getting done!

Our carpets were due for a cleaning. Our dog had been sprayed by a skunk so we really had a reason to have our carpets cleaned immediately! I called on a Friday and scheduled for Sunday morning. Excellent! They were about 20 minutes late but did call ahead to let me know. I’d say it took them about 2 hours to clean our living room and stair case (~ 10 stairs). A little longer than I’ve experienced from other cleaning companies in the past. Overall, they did a good job. The carpet dried very quickly! Once dry, I noticed some high traffic marks again but not sure there’s much anyone can do.

I forgot to ask the guys names again but they were the most polite young men ever. They did everything in a very fast pace and got rid of every pet stain (trust me, there were many with three dogs.). Even gave me some advice on whats the best way to get rid of pet stains when they happen.

Day of service, did not show up at 10 am or call until AFTER I left 2 messages asking for an update. I called at 1018 and about 1030. Owner called at 1035 and said be there in an hour. The agreed time was 10. Did not call to say running late, nothing.
