Scott was a great photographer! He got all the pictures that we really wanted and then some on our wedding day! He has a great personality and made the whole night fun! He was a trooper when it was 95 degrees and we wanted pictures outside :) He was so professional but fun at the same time. His prices are more than fair and we were so happy with all the pictures we got! We highly recommend him!

I had a wonderful experience with my senior pictures. I’ve always hated getting my picture taken but Scott made it so easy and painless. My face hurt the next morning from smiling and laughing so hard!

We hired Scott to take some casual photos of our family around the house doing everyday activities.
Scott did an amazing job with our photos. He was very professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire shoot. He did a great job making each member of our family feel special and important (even our two year old son). On top of all of this his prices are unbelievable! I got quotes from several other photographers and he beat their price by more than half. He’s just all around a genuinely nice person that does a great job.

My son being a typical guy did not want to dress up and go take pictures. So he was not a happy camper when I told him we were going to the Riverwalk to take his senior pictures. Scott Pfeiffer immediately changed his mood when he shook his hand and told him your mom owes you big for this! That got a real smile and set the mood for a great photo shoot. Scott took a ton of pictures all around the Riverwalk with several different poses in the different spots. It was a beautiful setting and the pictures turned out great! Scott’s sense of humor made the shoot a real pleasure for my son. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Scott did an amazing job photographing our wedding on November 14, 2015. When we first met with him he had a charismatic personality that we instantly connected with. That personality definitely shines through when he is photographing an event. We received so many positive comments on Scott’s performance at the wedding and continue to receive wonderful comments on our photographs when we share them with friends and family. When he took our engagement photos in October 2014 he made us feel very comfortable and paid close attention to detail; making sure my hair was out of my face or making sure there wasn’t a shine off of my husband’s glasses. When it came to our wedding day he did a great job getting a wide variety of shots in the short amount of time before and after our ceremony. Since our wedding was in the late afternoon in November, daylight was quickly fading after our ceremony but Scott was still able to get all of the family group shots that we wanted and even a few extras of my husband and I. It can be difficult to get everyone together at a wedding to take those coveted group shots but Scott stayed positive the entire night and was very personable to everyone he encountered. One area that we were particularly impressed with is that during dinner Scott took a group photo of each table so we now have at least one photograph of everyone in attendance. Throughout the night Scott was easily accessible and was always just around the corner when we wanted him to catch something funny happening on the dance floor or get one more shot of a family member who was about to leave for the night. After the wedding we received our copies of all of the photographs within a few weeks. We are so pleased with Scott’s professionalism, expertise, and all-​around excellence. We would definitely recommend Scott for all of your photography needs!

Scott Pfeiffer has taken our family pictures for the last 12 straight years. I feel that speaks volumes to the quality of his work. He is always willing to try new things, and takes the extra time needed when photographing my kids. I always get compliments on our pictures and am happy to refer our friends and family to Scott. He truly does an amazing job!

Scott was a great photographer! He did our engagement and wedding photos which were fabulous. He had everyone in stiches laughing so hard and got the best smiles out of my usually grumpy husband. His prices are more than fair for everything that you get with him. We were worried that we weren’t going to get enough pictures because it was only 1 photographer instead of two, but I came away with like 3,000 pics from the day from every angle imaginable. And a huge benefit is that you get the rights to your photos and he includes DVD’s of all your shots. He was so professional and courteous and was very energetic! He took great care in working with us and setting up pre meetings to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He put it all on the line, sweating completely through his shirt to get the perfect shots. I would strongly recommend Scott for your wedding or special event!

Scott Pfeiffer did an amazing job at our wedding! He was energetic and involved all the while staying focused at capturing every moment with his camera. Scott was always easy to get a hold of and quick with his responses. I highly recommend meeting him in person to see more of his work — he has a range of venues and environments he has worked with that are not all available on his website or Facebook page. He asked all the right questions and had the experience to give us things to think about (ie back in July I was not thinking about the cold or lack of daylight for a mid –November evening type wedding!) But he brought it to our attention and provided ideas to overcome the light and weather obstacles. He also had me find poses/​photos from Pinterest I liked (as well as a few our moms liked) and he executed them well!
Lastly, he was adaptable. We had some last minute changes and requests he met them all; to include getting us a couple edited photos ahead of the agreed finish date so that we could order thank you cards (and by ahead I mean two days after the wedding!!!)
I would highly recommend Scott as a photographer to any friend or family member. At the very least, schedule a meet-​and-​greet to see more of his work and see why his price and abilities are so well reviewed and competitive!

5 stars represents «As good as it gets!» by Unilocal’s own definition and that is certainly the case with Scott Pfeiffer. Scott is able to provide an outstanding out-​pour of energy to engage you from the moment you meet him. That level of energy and enthusiasm remained consistent throughout my entire session with him (and that was directly after he finished a shoot with another client, off-​site).
I was seeing Scott for a professional shot and I’m not one to be satisfied with an unexceptional photo for business purposes. It can also be difficult to get a genuine smile from me for photos. Along with a continuous flow of interaction, Scott knew exactly when to pause the session (without saying a word), allowing me to rest before continuing work toward the shot I was looking for.
My expectations well exceeded after experiencing his skill with the camera, lighting, and people, dedication to client satisfaction, exceptional pricing, and swift follow-​through after the session. I would recommend Scott in a heartbeat.

I mean if I could give 6 stars, I would. Everyone loved Scott, and literally raved to me about him. He worked very hard trying to get pictures of everything, was extremely friendly, stayed extra long, his prices are excellent, and he gave me my wedding photos back within a week with tons of copies on CDs. Best photographer ever.

Scott Pfeiffer is an awesome photographer and a great value. He photographed my wedding in 2010 and the pictures were great. My guests liked him, he was professional and fun, and best of all he gave us the rights to our photos and had them all burned onto CDs. When we were searching for photographers for our wedding it was so complicated all the different packages and whatnot that other local places offered while working with Scott was straightforward and easy. We had such a great experience with him then that the other week we were back in Naperville to visit family and decided to have him photograph our almost 1 year old son! Scott and his wife were excellent, they fit us in within a day of me calling, and the next day had 475 shots ready for us on CD — you can’t beat that kind of service. I would recommend him again and plan on returning whenever we need professional photographs taken.

Scott is a fabulous photographer. He is incredibly professional and personable. We actually had people come up to us during and after the wedding to tell us how much they like him. He took 2500 pictures and they were ready in about 2 weeks. I didn’t have to pay extra to have the rights to my photos. He gave me several DVD copies f the photos, plus a copy with photos ready to go for Facebook or email. He also picks his favorites and puts them at the beginning of the DVD. He also includes engagment photos as part of his package.
I truly enjoyed having Scott Pfeiffer do my wedding. He is a fabulous photographer and I highly recommend him.

Scott was referred to us by my mom, who had both my brother and sister’s high school senior photos taken by Scott a few years back. A bit of background on our wedding, we live in Los Angeles, and decided to go big and coordinate a wedding in Chicago. This required a wealth of time researching different vendors online as well as setting up a time while we visited family back home.
From the first meeting, Scott had a very professional approach to his work, which was evident in the sample photos he shared with us. Given our situation, he remained flexible with us and our timing and made himself available for questions well into the evening. In short, we felt very comfortable with Scott and, compared with top photographers in the area, we felt like he would be a great fit for our event.
When the day finally arrived, Scott was prompt and prepared, he made little distraction during the ceremony, and was a hit with our friends and family at the reception. The photos we received were just great, and we were thrilled with the results. We recommend Scott to anyone who wants one less thing to worry about on their wedding day, because he establishes trust between him and his clients and there are no surprises on the day of the event. It was a pleasure working with him.
