Out-​U-​Go! specializes in awesome dog walking, pet sitting, and kitty care. Since 1996 we have been ridiculously committed to making pets and their people happy. We have customized pet diaries, professionally trained sitters, and a full time dedicated office staff to help humans with their pet care needs.

History

Established in 1996.

We started 1996 with little more than a leash and a dream. 500,000 pet care visits later our dream is still alive and blossoming. While we have traded that «new dog walker» smell for the odor of experience and wisdom, we have also grown into one of the country’s première pet care services. We are very proud to have provided so some much awesome care to so many pets. And we thrilled to continue bring our unique brand of Out-​U-​Go! awesome to more pups, kitties, and humans for many, many, many years to come.

We love Out U Go! They are flexible when it comes to scheduling or canceling a visit. We used to have Sara as our walker, but she left :(the new walker is awesome too! Our dog loves Out U Go too and their friendly walkers!

Out-​U-​GO! is awesome! I had a unique situation and they went above and beyond in helping me out. I was out of town much longer than expected and they were able to care for my fish while I was gone — On the behalf of my bettas, thank you for the outstanding service.

I totally recommend Out-U-Go’s services. We had them take care of our kitties while we went on a week long vacation. They sent us an email and some pictures each time they visited our house. They really had us at ease that our kitties were being well taken care of. They kept a log of what they did while at our house. They even cleaned up around the litter box.
Initially a representative came over to see our cats and take notes of where the litter boxes are and where the food and other important kitty stuff was stored. Everyone we dealt with was more than pleasant.
I will make sure to use them each time we leave our house for a few days.

As this is the first time I was in need of a dog sitting service, I was very nervous letting a stranger in to care for my two dogs. I took to Unilocal to help me choose a company. Tara met with me on extremely short notice and was SUPER accommodating! I’m so happy I have found a reliable service that treats my dogs great and excellent customer service as well!!!

Out u go has been awesome, I could have not found a better agency to help with my pets! I have had emergency visits and short notice events, and they have accommodated me with ease. I try not to do that and schedule in advance most times, but they are really good with my three pups, and the prices are very fair and reasonable.

Bow Wow Wow! These guys are awesome. Aschley (owner) is very, very good. Detailed oriented and flexible. We’ve used Out-​U-​Go 4 times now, and service is always excellent, with good communication before, during, and after. So much better (and cheaper) than a kennel for 1 dog and 3 cats. And our pets get to stay home, and are treated so well.

I can’t possibly say enough good things about Out-​U-​Go. They’ve been our dog walker for the past two years and were absolutely amazing with our aging pup who made it all the way to 16. They were over for midday walks all week and I know Otis was much happier and was in such good hands with Aschley, Jeanine, and the team. Everyone there is so sweet, flexible and loving. If it’s possible for someone to love your dog as much as you do, out-​u-​go does it!

We recently moved and lost our cat sitter so I didn’t know where to turn. Then we found Out U Go and what a wonderful group. They are so helpful and caring with our cats and our cats love them. Kristina is fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone. You will be happy.

Like the other reviewers, I really can’t say enough good things about Out-​U-​Go! I’ve never had a walker before going to them and after talking with Aschley for our initial meet-​n-​greet I felt confident that I was leaving my Jake in good hands.
While I’ve never personally met my walkers Marci and Chris, in our exchanges via notes and report cards, I can tell they adore my baby boy as much as I do. :) I love the report card … it’s a great way to keep me informed as well as provide some entertainment on his shenanigans of the day.
Also great is that their flexibility to take a same day cancellation (provided it’s early enough in the morning) as well as taking on my parents’ Sophie-​girl (who comes with a laundry list of instructions) without issue.
I feel like the cost for the services they provide is absolutely reasonable and I’m sad to say that I’m moving out of their servicing area. I’m very hopeful that they’ll soon expand further west — I’d go back with them in an instant.
Thanks again Aschley, Marci and Chris — Jake is definitely going to miss you… hopefully he’ll be seeing you again!

We needed a dog walker due to a new job that took me out of the house. A friend recommended Out-​u-​Go. I didn’t realize at the time that OUG had different areas of service, so I was a bit nervous… after all this is my «baby»! =)
We really couldn’t have gotten better service! We are so lucky to have our walker, Jeanine. She loves our little guy and leaves the cutest comments on his daily report card. I was lucky enough to meet her one day and we were so grateful that our dog loved Jeanine as much as she loved him.
We would recommend OUG to anyone who is looking for a daily dog walker or an occational pet sitter. I feel their prices are reasonable and your pet is in good hands; almost as good as your own!

We’ve been using this service for the last two weeks for midday walks. Aschley is super responsive and our dog walker Angela takes great care of our dog when we’re at work. We were a bit reluctant to allow someone in our home and with our dog, but it’s worked out great so far. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs them. They offer great customer service and are very professional.

I am not a «regular» user of Out-​U-​GO! as my fiancé and I have schedules that accomodate our 3 (almost 4) year old Chihuahua, Bacci but we definitely use them when my schedule gets hectic during tax deadlines.
Bacci loves his dog walker Chris! Bacci is very timid and weary of strangers but seems to warm up to Chris after a few minutes and the realization that he is there to give him an afternoon stroll. I personaly have never met Chris, but Bacci definitely gives him the «ok».
The ease of scheduling his visits online and the pup report card after the visit all make Out-​U-​GO! the right choice for us.
I couldnt be happier and I know Bacci is a very happy pup even when I am working long hours.
I would definitely recommend their services and will continue to use them!
