This is my second rating for Express Auto Glass and it’s as good as my first. I have a 2004 Corvette that is my baby after going thru construction on Rt. 59 in Naperville a dump semi hit’s the road after dumping it’s load, spraying rocks all over the place and as you can guess many of them hit my windshield, chipping it in two places. Off to John I go again, I knew he’d find me the right windshield. Guess what ?, after inspecting the chips John tells me they are minor and only thru the initial layer and won’t crack any further. He then offers me the option of epoxying the chips to fill in the voids, he take less than 10 minutes and you can’t even feel the chips anymore. On top of all of this John refuses to accept any payment, it was his usual great customer service showing thru again.
It’s heard to believe a business would turn away work but John and Express Glass are that honest that unless you really, really need glass replaced they will suggest alternative solutions.

I went to Express Auto Glass based totally on Unilocal reviews. I’ve never questioned other reviewers before and I won’t do it now. They were all correct for their praise of this business!
From start to finish, this was a great experience.
I needed a new windshield for my Ford F-​150 in a bad way. I had about six star shaped chips that suddenly connected to form Ursa Major when another large rock hit me on I80.
I called them about noon on a Thursday and they said they would have my new windshield for a noon appointment the next day. They came through with an original equipment windshield with the Ford Carlite logo and the F150 tri-​visor. Installation at their shop took about one hour and they even offered me lunch as they were grilling brats and corn when I showed up. It was the Friday of Memorial Day weekend so I certainly didn’t find the grilling to be unprofessional. I thought it was good team building. And you could see they were really a good team and enjoyed what they do.
Their price was right, better than others, and matched the quote I was given.
By the way, I was almost 2000 miles away from my home in Las Vegas when I searched for somebody that the locals trusted.

Great place to get auto glass replaced! Everyone is very friendly, they have great and EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE prices! My rear window only took them about an hr, I was expecting a much longer wait. All in all, great place and quality work! Their price was easily half the price of other places. Very professional, very polite! Would definitely return if needs be!

The staff at Express AutoGlass is the best! I needed to bring my car (less than a year old) in for a windshield and wanted OEM. My insurance company generally will only pay for aftermarket and then bill the insured for the difference. Somehow, the Express folks worked their magic and got my OEM glass claim paid in full. Excellent customer service.

This is the best autoglass shop in Chicago area! Steve is extremely knowledgable and kind. They are very good at working on German luxury cars, like Audi and BMW.
Had a bad experience at another shop (Allstar Auto Glass) and luckily find out this shop. Steve got it done right at the first time and did a perfect job. The windnoise I got before due to improper installation at another shop is totally gone! Trust me, their work is top of notch and can meet the expectation of very picky customers.

This business is incredible. I have dealt with them years ago when I had to have my 95 Civic windshield replaced. I was referred to them by a local auto body shop. Fast, courteous, service. A couple of years ago I had both my cars tinted by them as well. They answered all my questions re the tint. Made sure I had a copy of the current laws re the tint in Illinois in my car if there was ever a issue.
Fast forward to this past week. On Monday, my wife notified me her car had a large crack in the windshield. Guess the hard winter tore up the road and more debris will be thrown up. Call up Express Auto Glass. Talked to Pam, very kind and remember me as a previous customer. Set up a appt time for a afternoon, next day. A couple of hrs later I realized I had to change that appt time. Spoke to Pam again. No issue with changing the time to a morning time, later on in the week.
Day of appointment. Jason called me to let me know he was on his way to my house to change the windshield out. He arrived and he promptly began to work on my car. He made sure to take great care in removing the parts to gain access to the windshield. He didn’t mind me standing around and asking questions as he worked. Questions about different companies that make glass. Aftermarket vs OEM. He made sure he even cleaned up the portions of the body that were dirty under the trim, before reattaching it. Made sure to ask where the placement I wanted the ipass transponder. The interior was spotless after he was done. I now have a crystal clear windshield! Pity we have to drive it on I-​55 now. But heaven forbid if I do need to replace I know who to call.

Dave deserves props for his mad tinting skills — he’s done 2 cars for me now & the results were amazing both times. The tint is very high quality, it never bubbles or tears. The price is extremely reasonable & he takes the time to do the job right. The work is guaranteed for life in case there is an issue, which I’m not expecting but it’s nice to know he’ll fix it if there is. Thanx Dave! My TSX looks transformed with the tint perfectly picking up the carbon gray pearl paint accents. Sublime. I wouldn’t go anywhere else & recommend him to everyone.

Stopped in on an early Saturday afternoon to repair a chip in my windshield; in and out in half an hour! Very friendly customer service with fairly reasonable prices. This company is very professional and affordable and I would highly reccommend them. When my driver side window fell inside my door on a Saturday morning, I was panicked!
