AJAX F.C. Chicago is a not-​for-​profit organization founded in 1996 by world-​renowned former professional soccer player, Dragan Pavlovic, for the purpose of developing talented youth soccer players and providing them the venue to play at the highest levels of competitive youth soccer, including the highest divisions of the Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) and Illinois Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) leagues, top local and out of state tournaments and state, regional, and national competition.

History

Established in 1996.

Ajax FC Chicago is the second oldest soccer club in Naperville. It is the only club in Naperville that has professional player coaches around the world. Ajax has boys and girls teams for the ages 8 – 18. In its history Ajax has won numerous State Cups and played in numerous State Finals. Currently has 2 players that plays in professional soccer. Eric Lichaj, US National team player, plays in English League and Eric Gehrig, who plays in Chicago Fire.
