They did a great job of coming to my house, assessing the problem, and giving a fair price on the right solution. They did a very thorough inspection around my basement before proposing which cracks to seal and which were not an issue. They didn’t try to up sell me to a more costly solution and were very professional during the estimate and the work. I will definitely use them again if another seepage issue comes up.

We did not hire these folks BECAUSE of their honesty! Great communication via phone: they came at the appointed time, (after contacting that morning by phone,) and very swiftly after initial call in spite of my needing to reschedule. Jay came and gave his analysis of the problem and what he thought would be a reasonable solution and let me know that it was an issue usually dealt with by landscapers. My questions were patiently answered and were helpful to the arduous process of gathering estimates.

Let me start by saying I had a great experience. I got a quote from a Nother highly rated company on Unilocal to have a couple cracks filled and a sump pump and battery backup pump installed. The other company quoted me over $ 3100. I had no idea what it should cost, and I am very glad I got another quote from crack attack. The exact same work was $ 1800. Tim was very professional in all correspondence with me. And the installer Devoe was very professional. he explained what he was going to do when he arrived and made sure to walk me through everything when he was finished. I am extremely happy with my experience and will definitely use the crack attack for any future cracks I have.

We just had Crack Attack Team out to do some work in our crawls pace and I can’t say enough about them! They were wonderful throughout the whole process. From the estimate till the end of the job, they were professional, clean, friendly and reasonably priced! I had a million and one questions and they took time out to answer everyone of them. So far this has been a horrible experience. On April 25 (it is now June 15). We purchased two big deals from Angie’s List to have two cracks repaired in our basement. We called and left a message right after our purchase. They called back after several days to schedule the service. They could not come out for three weeks. While, not thrilled with this, we understood because of the heavy rains we had. We assumed they were really busy. A week before our scheduled service call, I contacted them to confirm the date that we had scheduled. When I called, Jason asked if I could move the day up to the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. He said he would be in our area and it would work out well for him. I thought it was worth taking the afternoon off from work to get the work done sooner. Yes, I took time off from work that afternoon and guess who didn’t show up. Jason. He had even called my husband to confirm and my husband left a message responding to the confirmation. I called Lisa, Jason and Tim several times that afternoon and the next day. Message after message with no response from anyone. My husband started to call as well and we received no response. Keep in mind, all this time we have had water leaking through the cracks in the wall and we have already prepaid $ 300 for the service. Finally, a week later, Jason responded to our calls and told us we had been mistaken about the date. JASON, YOU CALLED THAT DAY TO CONFIRM!!! How could we have been mistaken? We rescheduled the service for another day. Jason came out and he could not do the work because the cracks were wet. He told us to call when they are dry. We did as he requested and called and asked for another day once the cracks were dry. My husband’s message was returned and he was told that they couldn’t do the day requested. He was asked to call back to reschedule. We have been calling for a week and have gotten no response. No one ever answers the phone. We always leave messages. Given that we have prepaid for this service, I know have a strong feeling that we are being taken for a ride, and will never receive the service. Why should they do the work, they’ve already taken $ 300 from us.
